This hotel was ok and our first night we had a good experience. The check in was fine. They don’t have an elevator but they had this cool lift thing that takes your suitcases up to meet you on your floor. We stayed in a room on the second floor. The room was a decent size and clean. Now we couldn’t make up our mind about whether or not we would stay another night and so they ended up giving our room away. Then we decided that we were gonna stay another night and we booked directly through the hotel. They charged us the same price for a room on the first floor but this room was much smaller and not as nice. Also sometime in the early hours of the morning there was some pipe issue which meant we got no water and no sleep. The other rooms had reserved water so they were ok but the issue seemed to be in our room. We wondered why they gave us this room if there was no reserve. There was a disagreement with the front desk staff and then we were refunded our money back for the room. Customer service means listening to your customers and hearing them outrather then being defensive and giving attitude. Not a pleasant experience!

With that said I found a room through the app and was struck by its appearance and thought it would be good. When we actually got into it, we had to sweat a bit. The rooms are small and compact. There is a water heater, TV, and refrigerator provided. It is a hotel converted from a commercial building. There is no elevator service, must walk up the stairs only. There is coffee available at the counter. There is parking available, but it's not enough. You have to park on the roadside in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel with reasonable prices.Rooms are a little small, but clean and comfortable. There were two desks in our room for work.The woman receptionist is very helpful!

Convenient, cheap and with a wonderful staff attentive to your needs. I'm there a month or more. Just don't!!!!!!🙏🏝️😂Too bad there isn't an elevator., 😞

a plus for the proximity to the bus station. Big minus for the lack of an electric kettle, the small bedside lamp did not work, the air conditioning was very noisy and did not work well, the curtain rods were broken and the most important thing was a lizard in the room.

A budget hotel but very excellent services and staffs. Im so happy i made a very last minute booking at this hotel during peak season. Its affordable and good for enough for our little family. They fulfill my request to get a room at lower floor. Got parking since we drove drom KL. It located at Krabi town. About 20mins to Aonang Beach

Very clean hotel. Modest rooms, but perfectly clean. Ideal service, the administration is always smiling and helps with parking the bike. Downstairs there is fresh delicious coffee for free as a bonus and you can buy drinks and snacks, there are many tables outside where you can sit and drink coffee and it is always free. I think that for this price this is an ideal hotel, thank you for your cleanliness and attentiveness to visitors, I can’t help but captivate. There are many simple cafes around the hotel with very tasty food.
