Positive:The price.Negative:The bad attitude of the owner and staff.On more than one occasion, a female employee knocked on my room door to give me meaningless orders, which was very inappropriate.My room had leaks in the ceiling that wet the bed.If you have suitcases, don't expect help to bring them down, even if you are assigned a room on the third floor.I did not feel that I was treated well.

First time I'm going to write a negative review even though I've made accommodations.The rooms are good even if they don't smell very good but it's still very good value for money.The deposit of 500 baths just for the room keys is a little excessive for my taste but nothing unusual.Everything was going very well, we rented a scooter, the owner asked us to return it with half full and we had the misfortune of returning it with 10 baths less than full even though we were clearly half full.She started to become very unpleasant, in her defense so did I because she did not want to accept my 20 baths in compensation to compensate for the lack of gasoline. I had to go to the pump to add 40 baths (the minimum), something she knew very well, so she got her fill of gas for free.I therefore do not recommend this accommodation because the manager can become unpleasant and you can find better elsewhere.

It's much better than the pictures. It's very clean and friendly. It felt like home and I liked the thorough hygiene. Communication is good in English. The location is great.

In a quiet part of town, right on the river. Calm, except for the awful repetitive music they play at the bar. The cheaper motorbikes are in really bad condition. Speedo not working, handlebar grip coming off. The pricer ones are fine. Though I did find them cheaper in Lanta.The two female staff members are somehow zombie like. The manager was accommodating when card machine wasn’t working and we managed to eventually work out a solution.The room with no ac does get really hot.You might find ants if you’re a dirty person who leaves food out. Be clean and let the ants live.Overall I would stay again.

Brilliant!!!!! Quiet, clean and attentive. They can also wash your clothes... Just like you can see how they are fishing at night, from the chill out or the rooftop. Or rent a new motorcycle… Without a doubt the best option

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was friendly and we really liked the location. It's a quiet area but there are still restaurants and a 7/11 located close by. The boat port where our trips to the islands left from is also only a couple minute walk up the river. The seafood restaurant next door was really cute and convenient with good food. It's also only about a 10 minute walk to the shopping areas and night market. My only complaint is that our room had ants when we arrived.

We loved this place so much we came back to stay again - situated in the lovely sleepy Krabi old town. There is a a local food market and boat port around a 5 minute walk away! Motorbike hire is available from the lovely owner at a reasonable price. Plenty of shops and a few drinking places a short walk away - ideal location. After visiting some of the islands we came back here and staff and owner were very welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much :-) !!! ☺️PS: the rooftop + balcony are awesome!!

Amazing stay at Funky Crab for the 2nd time :)Owner in so accommodating, helpful and friendly and the employees are good workers and are super helpful too!Short walk to mini food market and the hotel is overlooking the river on Rooftop seating area, 2nd Floor Balcony and in the bar area which is gorgeous!Thank you for having us :)

Ok first of all this place was one of the worst experience in Thailand I usually know Thai people as respectful but the owner was far away from that respectful behavior she took money for the air conditioning for 2 days and also an additional fee for guest at my hotel ???? So let me clear that out there was a friend who was just visiting me for 30 minutes UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! to be honest I don’t care about the money. I think it is maybe the scam behind that low price hotel room . IF U DONT WANT TO SEE A RAT INFRONT OF YOUR DOOR IN THE MORNING BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL.!!!!THE WATER was just stinky and smelled like some dead bodies are swimming in the water tanks it would be better for the community when some kind of health inspector comes to the hotel and checked the tanks . Thank you Thailand for your beautiful people but there will always be people who are bad 👋

They said to come back in few ours. We went to a tour and left the baggage in the previous hotel, they were very kind to keep them. Better not talking about the chat we had. I think they are new in hospitality.
