An interesting budget friendly homestay on Koh Mook with very friendly owners :-). Only the rooms for two, they are really very small and you have to take that into account, it is ideal for single travelers, for a couple only for a few days' stay, it is not very ideal for a long-term stay. Bathroom and toilet in one, it is also really miniature. Anyway, sitting on the porch in front of the room is great and relaxing. It was also great to be able to buy relatively cheap beers directly from the fridge at reception. For breakfast there were only crackers and instant coffee or tea, but for breakfast we still went to the amazing Miss Island bakery coffee shop restaurant (approx. 10 minutes walk).

The accommodation is ok. The service from the owner is close and good. The rooms are simple. Not suitable for people who are addicted to luxury. Come to snorkel, not come to stay luxuriously. Recommended, not expensive, good care There are snacks and tour boat recommendations available.

This is a gem. Only a few rooms with a balcony right by the water (not suitable for swimming) Simple accommodation with what you need. Bed, shower, toilet, fridge and AC. SEK 400/night. …

Stayed 3 nights, felt terrible.The bedroom is cramped, the bed is small, the water is not clean, the drain pipe smells bad all the time. The balcony has dogs and cats sleeping on the tables and chairs. Every morning I have to clean it myself because of the hair loss, the sandy soil, the muddy view because the sea rises at 10 p.m. In the early morning the water had gone down.

Very nice place with a nice view close to the water. The room was clean with the minimum but what you need.Nikki was very kind and speaks English very well. It is the soul of the house.Thank you for these 3 days.

Outstanding service for a budget option. Close to food and other services. Our room smelled a bit, but with the window open, it quickly aired out and was fine. Go to Charlie Beach and Miss Island.

There is nothing going on on Koh Muk outside of high season. So we were the only guests here in the hotel. Check-in was self-explanatory. We were assigned the room and that was the end of check-in.According to the request, we had pineapple and scrambled eggs with toast for breakfast, which was really quite good compared to the open restaurants here.The room is really small. A bed with slightly dirty and broken bed linen. The bathroom was very spartan and simple.All in all, a solid accommodation for a short stay and not so high standards.

This place is amazing! I stayed here on my own and loved it. The owner and her friend were so friendly and helpful. The room is perfect and has its own wooden deck to relax on. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner and you’re right in the middle of a lovely local village. I even saw a dugong, right outside my window!! Would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Ko Muk :)

Family stay of 5 nights with 2 children, we have mixed opinions.Positive points:- superb view of the sea, pleasant sound of the waves-very pleasant staff, always available and speaks English- the restaurant's cuisine is fast/varied/affordable and good.-the cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning done on request.Negative point :-despite its beautiful view of the sea, the beach is dirty and dangerous (broken glass everywhere, rusty iron under the sand, plastic constantly at each tide etc etc)-5 nights, 5 whole nights with rats running through the ceiling, a real horror for the whole family.. (problem to be resolved urgently)- stagnant shower water, so every time you go to the bathroom, or during the night for needs, there is a trace of water.- no sound insulation, we could hear our neighbors' snoring/Tiktok videos until late hoursThe place has great potential, hoping that the negative points will be resolved quickly.

One of the most amazing spots! Rooms are small and cosy and very clean. The veranda is right on the beachfront with a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Yuat and Niki are the kindest persons you can imagine and do everything for you. We had such a wonderful time together with them and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We were very sad to leave but are very happy to have made new friends along our journey. I can highly recommend this place, not only because of the location and the service but also because of the loving hearts and the kind people they are. Hope to get the chance to visit them again soon!

The other reviews are correct. Real Thai hospitality, very kind owners and management that looked after our every need and more. Arranged our trips, our transport, additional help die to reduced mobility and even kept as fed and watered. Amazing cook and a great view. Swimming beach is a short walk or taxi but the island is fixed price 50 baht per person to anywhere, so it really doesn't matter how far you are from the beach.

You can't be closer to the sea. Fantastic hospitality from the owner and her family and staff.Looking forward to come back for a longer stay.The photo I posted was taken just in front of the bungalow during the boat ride arranged by the owner

We were touched by the owner and staffs’ hospitality—made us feel like home. A wonderful location where you can sit at the wooden balcony looking at the ocean and listening to the waves under your room. Very clean and tidy room with enough basic facilities. Peaceful place, more on the local side of the island but also easy/fast to go to the market and pier. The one-day boat trip was amazing!!! There is also a cool bar neighboring.

It's paradise and a great place to stay. |You can't go wrong staying here. Clean, tidy and good value for money. | The owner will give you a warm welcome and she will look after you as will Birthday the dog!|The food here is amazing as with everywhere in Thailand.

Seaside Home is one the best and warmest places that we have ever been in Thailand. The rooms are just in front of the sea, very special. The owner, a lovely lady, helps you in everything and makes the experience complete. Thank you so much, we’ll be coming back for sure.
