So peaceful, so private and so privilege. Worth every penny. Our Sea front view room is splendid with our own private balcony to hangout. You can walk right to the resort from the pier, so convenient. We impressed by the service of the staffs and the resort owner for taking good care.

Very good room, clean, comfortable bed, great service. the garden is beautiful and green with the sea in front. Sometimes there was noise from the staff working and music at very inconvenient times...(8pm,6am). My only negative about the island is that the rooms are expensive (everywhere, not only here), because it's low season (on high season they would make sense) and the island is empty, all resorts were clearly empty and 1000thb plus. I would have stayed longer if it was cheaper because there's not much to do, most restaurants and services are closed.

honestly couldn’t have asked for much more in terms of hospitality and service, our host was very present and accommodated all our needs.I have never had pets but living around the cats here (especially the pink one we nicknamed ‘teh tarik’ who came for breakfast every morning) made me envy anyone that does.location is good, you’ve got an okay beach at your doorstep although Charlie will always have a place in my heart - tuk tuk completely justified, it was very hot!close to amenities (that were open); we went off season so no tattoo artists or cupcakes were in sight but maybe someday i’ll be back.

Quiet, spacious, clean, AC rooms! Steps from the beach… but it’s not the best beach on the island. It’s close to “city centre” but I would still rent a scooter and not just walk everywhere. The adjacent road is a bit scary / sketchy at night especially for women.The resort was lovely!!! Free coffee/tea, clean towels, replenished water, early check in with no problems, good wifi, clean shower with soap/shampoo… everything you could want. Except: the door didn’t lock from the inside. At night there are lots of noises and it feels a bit scary knowing your door is unlocked. Maybe it was just our room with this problem. I hope they fix the door locking mechanism for future guests.

It’s a nice place to stay! Biggest complaint: the door to the bungalow didn’t lock from the inside. At night, there was a man singing loudly outside, and we wished we could lock the door.The bed is decently comfortable. The AC works well. The shower was nice and clean.We were able to check in early (at noon) without a problem.Free coffee and tea. The beach is not super nice, but it’s decent.There’s good wifi.If you want to rent a scooter to go around the island, head to PK mark on the main road. They were great and also booked us transportation back to Trang airport.There’s a few restaurants in walking distance. Most are closed during high season.At night, the walk back is a bit scary if you’re alone or female, but it was fine! There are also taxis available on the island.

We are staying for 3 nights. The resort is cute and there are a lot of trees. I like it. It's surrounded by a garden style. But on the second night, there were small animals picking at the trees loudly. That night we went to bed at 4 am. Because I can't sleep The staff allowed us to change rooms but we said it was fine for just one more night. The staff arranged a new room with a view of the sea. Plus there was a watermelon smoothie for us and we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you. The staff are very cute. Clean room...everyone is polite. 2 male employees, 1 female employee Very cute and hardworking. Will come again. My daughter likes it very much. Shower cream and shampoo smell so good😍😘

Beautiful view, lots of trees, shady, next to the sea. Can't swim in front of the resort because it is a community. Nearby is a blue crab bank. Breakfast is chicken biryani, tastes okay. The room is quite old. The towels have marks and are not clean. The shower area has cracks that may hurt your feet. The worst thing is the shower, strong but foamy and hurts after showering. Deducted 1 star, but if compared to the economical price during the low season, it's appropriate for the price.

Atmosphere: The accommodation has a good atmosphere, looks natural, next to the beach, beautiful view, but the bathroom shower water is very sharp and very sharp. It comes out in flakes and hurts the skin a lot.Service: Service is not very good. There are no service personnel. Plus changing rooms without informing us first. Told the room we booked was leaked and moved to a more expensive room. The room has not yet been repaired. But we don't want it. While waiting for a new room Saw the staff going to clean the room we reserved. Another officer said the room was usable. I was confused and not impressed at all. In the morning there was no official to ask questions or anything.Price: Room prices are not expensive. Local breakfast is provided. There is a shuttle from the pier.If we develop the service, it will be very good because everything is good.

Great escape island with beautiful beach and the islands' people so nice and friendly.
Resort has good view and spacious room. Owner and staff are always helpful. Near islands' center and there are plenty of activities for you to explore.

I spent 2 nights with a tent room, the room is comfortable (AC, fridge) with nice cottage style. The location is nearby the pier with sea view. All staffs are friendly and keen to help as you need. Not only the staff here, but also locals are super nice to tourist. Highly recommend to spend your time on Koh Mook. I love the vibe of this island and will be back for sure.

The overall impression is really good! The location of the resort is perfect. The bungalow and the area around is very green and pretty. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. The dogs and cats in the area are a charming bonus! The room is clean and hot water in the shower was always available. The blanket was a bit strange and we had some trouble sleeping with it. A few small things like the outside bench and the bathroom hangers could use some maintenance.

Mook Montra Resort is a great place to stay in Koh Muk . Kritt, the owner, is very helpful. He picked us up from the pier on the day when we arrived . He also gave us a lift back from Charlie Beach late in the evening. He is always around and ready to help . He looks after his guest very well. He makes sure all his guests get to the pier on time to catch the ferry by offering to take them to the pier, using his taxis. Room cleaning services are available all the time . Shops and eateries are all within walking distance from the hotel . We stayed in the family chalet which is a tree house with outdoor sitting area . Very private. Would certainly recommend the family chalet to families. Overall, Mook Montra is definitely to place to stay in Koh Muk. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed. It's raining. Most of the local restaurants are closed for Ramadan or low season. The front desk is deserted. I had to turn on the hot water and wait at 0745. I had to borrow a deck chair from an unoccupied unit. The beach is littered with plastic. The room could use something to put my bag on. A few hooks for clothes would be useful. A neighbor was playing music with wall shaking bassThe cat was friendly.
