I have stayed here several times now and find the owners very friendly. The dog may have seen better days, but that does not detract from the great hotel, the well-equipped rooms or the great location. There is also a nice pool with loungers. And restaurants and a 7-eleven around the corner. The night market and the harbor are only about a 5-minute walk away. I am once again impressed with the hotel and would gladly come back.Update:Came back twice since this review and I still have the same opinion about the hotel. Great value for what you get. Very clean and well maintained swimming pool. And very quiet as there is no mainroad nearby. And the most comfy bed I slept for a very long time.Thank you till next time 🙏

Owners are a nasty piece of work!! The place is over run with nasty dogs, we were nearly attacked multiple times by a unhealthy dog which had new cuts on it daily… we spoke to the owner and asked if he would keep it away and he was really rude and got aggressive. He must of reported this to his wife who is where the problem lies, she is nothing short of a lunatic!! We politely asked to check out and leave some luggage in the storage room and she said no then laughed and mocked she said “my hotel so no” We then left the hotel after a few minutes going back and forth. As we were waiting for the taxi she seemed to be calling the aggressive dogs name towards us which was frightening. Then when i tried taking pictures she started going bonkers, she was swearing and even tried telling our taxi driver false story’s about us.

1. The owners wife was terrible, we have no idea why, but she was really annoying. |2. Breakfast not too good, but you’ll survive it. |3. Started drilling in the next room very late at night. Stopped around 22:00 pm.Crazy….|4. No parasols at the swimming pool and no mattress on the sun beds.

The hostess is very rude. She talks to you condescendingly and initially acted as if she didn't speak English. The host is friendlier but quieter. No friendly greeting. The son had to take us to the room. The pool doesn't look very inviting.

Be Carefull!!I wish I had seen the review before booking the hotel. We stayed here for only one day, checking in late at night. The hotel infrastructure is good for the price, but your entire experience may be ruined by the way the host treats you, especially the lady.In the morning when we went to have breakfast, the lady started complaining about how people waste food and don't finish it. Initially, we thought she was concerned about wastage, and we assured her that we would finish our food.The trouble started when we returned to pack our bags and came down to keep our luggage. The lady was extremely rude; she not only denied us from keeping the luggage but started ranting gibberish, even to the point of saying, "Go, go, and don't come back."Eventually, her husband agreed to keep the luggage but cautioned that it was at our own risk. Meanwhile, our travel agent was already waiting for our city tour. When they tried to ask the lady to call us and inform us about our arrival, she ranted at our travel agent and delayed our pickup by not informing us.Eventually, as we were about to leave, she didn't agree to keep the helmet and forced us to return the bike we rented, putting last nail in the coffin as this further delayed our pickup and ruined our mood for the remaining day.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was adequate and clean. Same with bathroom. Not too expensive. Staff helped me book a ferry the next morning at a great rate and got transportation to the pier for me. Has a pool which was nice. Would definately stay again!

Let's start with the positive, there is a swimming pool, a quiet location, there is a lot of things nearby: massage, 7/11, a shopping center and a night market in 5-7 minutes, also a party market on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)Now about the negative points:The first is that the administrator is a woman, she is inadequate.The breakfast menu has sausages, bacon and ham to choose from - she yelled at me that only we eat sausages and no one else and she will now have to go buy. OK. Then she was rude to us every day, and when we were 1 minute late for breakfast, we thought it was before 10, but we arrived at 9:31, she said she couldn’t help with a grin.On the last day, my husband did not specify that we needed an omelette - so they brought us only sausages, and when we said that we were mistaken and did not write an omelette - she just started screaming in front of everyone, hitting the table with a piece of paper with our order. Fortunately, there is a male manager there who calms her down.The room was dusty, there was no hot water, one of two towels was changed each, you had to ask.In principle, for the price everything was ok, but this unhappy woman is a destroyer of your business, respected hotel.

While there were positive aspects, there were some concerns that I believe are important to address.Firstly, the pool, despite its appearance, was a pleasant surprise, and we had no issues during our use. On the downside, the NO daily room cleaning policy and the need to request towel changes were somewhat inconvenient. The bed sheets, were minimal, with just one sheet provided.However, the most significant issue we encountered was with the lady managing the hotel. Her unfriendly behaviour and the absence of a smile left a lasting impact on our experience. This was particularly evident when seeking information or ordering breakfast. It was disappointing to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.Additionally, the online images didn't accurately represent the actual ambiance of the place, leading to a bit of a mismatch in expectations upon arrival.If you're looking for a laid-back motel experience, this might suit your needs. However, if you're after a more "Cozy" hotel-like atmosphere, you might want to consider other options.

The room was clean, very quiet and still central, the beds were pleasant and not too hard. Breakfast complete and quick and tasty. The owner is a little quieter, but explains everything and took care of the ship ticket immediately. He and his wife's English was very good. I didn't use the pool. I felt comfortable here.
