The newly renovated rooms are lovely. Probably one of the best places to stay on pakmeng beach.Staff were very friendly, very good coffee and thai tea, and simple food served.The spoiler is the Bar outside the first room was still playing loud music at 2am!

The room is very clean. The service is very good. Staying in a family room is quiet, but would like to improve the bathroom so that it cannot be opened from outside the room or made into 2 doors that can be opened from inside the room. It will be very convenient. But overall it's very good.

The hotel is clean, cute, and most importantly, the beds are very soft and comfortable. The price is not expensive, I recommend this place. I'm impressed with the bed😍 It's like the word "come to relax".

A guesthouse by the sea with just the road to cross. Great hosts who will go out of their way for you... Without hesitation. I returned to this gesthouse this year, work has since been carried out with 2 large bungalows facing the river. A café has been opened in place of the reception which can serve you breakfast. The 4 people working here as well as the owners are charming and always ready to help you.Can't wait to go back next year.

Stayed in a deluxe family room, new room, clean, soft bed, comfortable to sleep (people who get back pain easily) The owner of the hotel inquired about taking care of him very well.

The room is clean, fragrant, the water flows strong, the service is good, the owner is very cute and helps with everything. The location is just walk across the road to the sea. In front of the accommodation there is a cafe. There will definitely be a chance to stay again.

For the night, 900 baht, go in and turn on the air conditioner. The air conditioner is very loud, causing ear pain. Inform the owner of the accommodation to come check. Said that it's normal. Do customers have problems with their ears? I feel bad saying that. The 2nd house from the entrance to the road. But I slept for a few hours. This time, I'll probably find another place. Came to stay at the end of last year. The owner has no responsibility for customers. Quit this business. ##I don't know about other rooms. It would be good 😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

The rooms are nice, clean, the pillows aren't smelly, the staff are lovely and have good manners. The owner is very cute. Plus coffee and snacks. The room is next to the sea. Got a room with a very beautiful street view. Will definitely come to stay again.

A surprisingly nordique and classy hotel on the beach. We had the family room which overlooked the river. Very private and reasonably priced. The cafe attached is amazing with super coffee.

A very nice place to stay. Beach just across the road. Roms are not big, but has what you ned. Bed, toilet, shower..The hostess is very friendly and helpfull. She arranged a trip to Koh Ngai and back for us. Laundry service possible… Anything could be possible if you ask for it, I think. Exelent breakfast in the café 😊

I've been coming to Anne's bungalows for years now and she has even improved the resort as the front has been turned into a lovely cafe. Otherwise the usual well equipped bungalows with great WiFi and only the street to be crossed for a swim or lunch/dinner at my favourite restaurant (Yok Yor). 5 stars all day long!

Accommodation next to Pak Meng Beach, very good view, peaceful, open and comfortable. We don't have a car, so it's easy to walk and find something to eat. Because it's next to many restaurants, next to a cafe, near Pak Meng Plaza. convenience store The owner is very kind. All the young employees are lovely. Recommend places to visit and eat and take good care of We traveled by tour bus. Arrive at the accommodation very early in the morning. Request early check-in They let me in right away, no need to wait. Because there is just enough room available. They also help send you to the van in the district on the day of your return trip. If there is a chance to come back and stay again for sure.

We booked the accommodation on March 26-27, arrived at the accommodation at 3:00 p.m. It turned out that the accommodation had not yet let previous customers check out. The room hasn't been cleaned yet. Wait 1 hour. I'll clear out the old customers and clean it for you. When we asked if there was a fixed check-in/check-out time, the owner said there was and informed us that there were only 2 housekeepers. Last night the guests were fully occupied. Had to clean both sides, etc., which was not sufficient because we arrived at 3 p.m. and had to wait another hour to enter the room. And most importantly, not a single apology came out of the mouths of the employees and owners. It felt so bad that we decided that we wouldn't sleep here anymore. Asked for a refund because the owner didn't care about us at all. We had to waste time looking for a new place to stay until it was almost dark, and then we came to be a big family. Both children and elderly people have to suffer because of the irresponsibleness of the accommodation. It's very bad, I feel very bad.

Worst service staffs I’ve ever seen.1) Can't manage cleaning time No professionalism Got into the room after the check-in time opened. and the room is not clean2) Reserve accommodation for 5 people, but get beds for 4 people. When I asked, the staff informed me that beds can be arranged for a maximum of 4 people. You have to arrange how you want to sleep yourself. Which when booking the information was not clear.3) After entering the room All 5 pillowcases were soaked (just taken out of the washing machine), so I took them to the staff to change. The first expectation was the word sorry, but the word that was returned was “Customers rush into their accommodations. As a result, they weren't baked!!” (Stayed at around 2:30 p.m., which was after check-in time) The staff had a very bad face. No service mind, the worst I've ever encountered...once and the last time.
