This is the 2nd luxury and presentable resort after Pimalai in the Lanta island. Service is compatible with The Ritz Carlton, especially the Housekeeping team, who went to each room to ask the Guest whether need further housekeeping service in the evening. Room was cozy and spacious. Beach was clean and nice. The 2 swimming pools were nice and assisted by the attentive pool side staff to setup the tower on the chair and offered of ice water when the Guest got up from the pool or came back from the beach. Massage was good. Car park is very limited, only have 5-6 parking lots. Western food, wine and drinks were good except the Thai foods in the breakfast and menu, it is not delicious at all, I think baby also can eat that, please respect the Thai, Asian and some Farang that really want the real taste of Thai food. Understand that majority of your Guests are Farang but you cannot treat the Asian as Farang, and eat as Farang’s taste

There is a beach with a lot of privacy. The beach is wide and long. Suitable for people who want Really relaxing Because there aren't many places to visit on other islands. It is best to stay at the hotel. Staff are happy to help with everything. The rooms are reasonably priced and clean. But when traveling, it is recommended that you rent a car from Krabi Airport. Because crossing to Koh Lanta if you don't have a car may not be convenient. Very impressed, will come back to travel again.

This was our favourite hotel in Ko Lanta, and we tried also the ‘other really good one.’ Layana, is really well organised, the rooms are wonderful immersed in nature quiet and private. The adult only policy makes the place really relaxing. They organised when we arrived, an aperitif on the beach, live music and fire show during dinner. The spa was an amazing experience and the staff were amazing, kind and helpful, organising everything we asked and very welcoming approachable and attentive to our needs

1. Please note that the location is in the middle of nowhere. If you want to relax, unwind and stay inside the resort it’s ok as it’s really beautiful, but if you’re looking for various activities, search for a different place on the island!2. Arrived here by ferry&bus from Koh samui and they were supposed to organize a free airport shuttle from Krabi town. They didn’t help or inform us that the bus station is so close to the airport so we had to get a local driver to take us to the hotel, 2hours drive for 2200bhat.When we wanted to leave the resort, my friend had a flight early in the morning and they didn’t offer free shuttle anymore because they said it’s too early, they wanted to charge her 3500bhat for the trip; so we checked out one day before because of this reason and of course they didn’t refund us for the last night.3. Breakfast was ok, however not even a single option of cheese/charcuterie.Pastries: 2 out of 5 🥴4. The highlight of our stay was the Spa. The ladies there were amazing, friendly and attentive, the massage was truly exceptional. 🙏🏻🔝5. We had 1000bhat credit for food&beverage included in our stay, we only used half of it and the reception staff had the nerve to ask us to pay before we left?! We told her we even have credit left and she didn’t even come to apologise 🤦🏻♀️👎🏻Worth visiting once if you’re looking to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay where Layana created a small paradise for us to relax and enjoy our time to the fullest. Service was very attentive and there were various promotions and events at the bar at night. Biggest strength lies in its value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff but cannot help but notice some lack of training in English and professional services in general which you would find at large corporates, e.g. Marriott. Not complaining about it as the employees where genuinely kind and it shows authenticity but just an observation I made.

Our stay at the Resort was very pleasant and relaxing. The Resort is beautiful, being very well integrated with the surrounding environment and landscape. The Garden Pavillion was spacious, nicely decorated and very well kept, having all the necessary amenities. All staff was extremely nice, attentive and polite. Our spa experience was very calming and soothing. The breakfast was good and varied, allowing for a different experience every day. Our dinners at the SeaSky restaurant were good. The food had a very good presentation and was tasty, however, there is room for improvement. The two pools are beautiful, well-maintained and peaceful, never being crowded. The shuttle is extremely comfortable. Once again, from Frank (the General Manager) to the person responsible for the upkeep of the outside areas/landscape, all staff is to be commended for their excellent job and extreme kindness.
