There were bugs in the bed (bed bugs)... you couldn't sleep because they were biting you. I think they don't clean the rooms well... or they don't change the mattresses. Very badly

Quite cheap what we could find on Phi Phi, it's not great but we could stay for 3 days. Hotel also does laundry for a cheap price, great service :)

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We never experienced this kind motel(it's a 0 star) it's situated in such a steep, hilly place that no one can imagine. It's a big punishment to go up and down. It's so dirty everywhere.The rooms are ok but bathroom is not well maintained. Stinky, dirty...If anyone wants to save money, DON'T come here. It's expensive but not worth a penny.We are not coming back to this Motel ever again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Every night we had a six year old girl (who we believe lives at the resort) banging repeatedly on our glass door, rattling it to try and get in. As well as irritating it was also very creepy when happening at night. The shower water stinks of egg, bathroom hot and stuffy. Bed covers had lots of burn marks in. Huge cockroach in the room. Extremely overpriced for what it is. Only positive is the location being central yet very quiet at night.

Mixed reviews on this place. There was blood on our curtains and the shower felt dirty & the water was cold (see photos). Air con worked very well and in a nice quiet location. Very steep walk to rooms though.

OMG the worst hotel I've ever been to. .actuallyThe facilities are so bad that they can't even be called a hotel. They said there were no rooms on the second floor, so I was assigned a room on the first floor, but I was given a room in front of the stairs where I kept making eye contact with people passing by, and the view in front of the room was a view of the stairs and trash. . The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the toilet was full of stains. . We booked for 4 nights, but checked out on the first day and went to another hotel nearby. .

Nice bungalow, spacious and clean. Host nice and friendly, laundry on site which is always a help. Quiet location noise wise, but still close enough to it all.

Probably one of the best rooms ever stayed at in phi phi very clean.300 MTRS from the centre about 500 MTRS from ferry docks up hill and to get to rooms is a 45 degree climbSo if you're not fit , you will struggle.I'm 120kg 47 so yep struggle town. Not the fault of the resort just would prefer to pay more and be closer. Cause I'm lazy like that
