Perhaps because it came during the rainy season, it was raining and the view was not good, but we stayed quietly. It is very small compared to Ao Nang.For those who like fruit, we recommend that you buy at least 10 kg of mangosteen and 3 kg of mango per person, thinking that you can tolerate something heavy. I regret only bringing 5 kg.I didn't see any place selling fruit.Ao Nang Mother Marche Supermarket The mangosteen here is well packaged and there are few bugs.Bring a bag full of delicious snacks and snacks. The island is small.Filters are required because the resort is at a green level.All snack drinks are free

We booked a villa with a private pool. Spectacular without a doubt a magnificent experience.The cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent. We got the minibar for free and they left fruit details. Without a doubt recommended 100X100. Although not more than two nights because the area is very quiet.

I like it very much.Impressed with every department From the driver at the pier to the hotel, the receptionist, the housekeeper, the clean room, the good food, most importantly, it's right next to the beach. I really like it. Next year I've already bought a ticket. See you again in April.

-The cleanliness of the rooms is not very good, it seems that the bathroom had not been cleaned.-The restaurant is super expensive and they charge you extra taxes that are not on the menu.-To leave the island, the Hotel does not offer you anything free, on the contrary, it wants to charge you 2000 Bahts to take a boat.-The rooms, although they look very nice from the outside, inside, they smell a lot of humidity.-If the weather is bad and you cannot leave the island, the Hotel does not offer you any entertainment and what little there is, they charge you triple for everything.-I do not recommend this Hotel, in fact the island is not worth it, it is better to be in the city and take a boat and come one day to see theIsland and return to the city.-They sell you that the Hotel is a five-star and it is not even four stars.

Nice place in the corner of Railey west Beach. Lovely landscape.Bungalows very nice but some needs repairs. As i.e AC with drops of wáter, and some leaks in bathroom.On the other side IS about 1 km from Railey est and there are a continuos flow of noisy longtail boats along the bay day amd night.Anywhere

The resort is located right at the beach, makes for a beautiful view from the restaurant, swimming pool & spa.They have a nice service of longtail boats and buggys to get to the resort from the floating piers or from Aao Nammao Pier to Railay & vice versa. These are charged at 100 Baht right now. Airport transfers available too, at a higher charge, but worth the convenience.The hotel rooms are very spacious, only balcony doors do not close 100% but neglible gaps and we faced no trouble.Food variety was good and tasted great too.Complementary breakfast was great and the rooms have a complimentary mini bar is amazing too. They literally fill it up everyday.The proximity to the Walking street is also great if you want more shopping, refreshment options.The hotel provides beach towels, a bag to carry them & flip flops, which is probably more than you can ask for and very thoughtfulWe loved our stay here & will be back again

The most incredible place to stay in Railay Bay! The staff are very helpful and kind. The room was large and beautiful that included robes, snacks, some toiletry items, and a fruit basket. The location was ideal to all the main attractions that Railay offers including the beaches, the pier, the cave, the restaurant/shopping street, etc. Highly recommend staying here! Breakfast had lots of options as well.

The worst experience I ever had in Thailand.Traveled the whole world and never met more worst service specially for this money.The location is nice but the whole vacation was ruined when they were trying to steal money ( and it’s actually happening quite often here). Ruined the whole trip with this . Be aware when u pay bill and of a creepy stuff

Pretty good hotel in an amazing location. The view is wonderful. Bungalows are comfortable. The breakfast is good and the restaurant offers a variety of thai or international dishes. We tried the seafood basket and enjoyed it. Don t spend more than 2 nights at Ralay beach unless you have multiple sea tours or climbing foreseen

We just left that wonderful place, a dream! We took a villa with a private pool, and it is a spectacle! It included a free mini bar, and transfers to the next hotel. Wonderful service, very very clean, excellent location… everything perfect! We would repeat without a doubt! ❤️

Lovely resort on the absolutely stunning Railay beach!!! The resort is reached by boat (& sea tractor, if the tide is out) which is a great experience!!Rooms were spacious & to have an outdoor jacuzzi is an extra bonus!Restaurant served great food & a wide choice of drinks!!Staff were great & very helpful!

Brilliant stay… since it’s on an island, getting snacks is a task… but guess what, the snacks and drinks they provide in the room is absolutely free and they refill it every day… another unbeatable thing I found is they provide flip flops and beach towels and a bag to carry it around… we had a great time here!! High and low tide experience was mind blowing too…

Unfortunately, we had a mixed experience at Railay Bay. While the location was really nice and the areal was maintained well overall, the room itself was more on the basic side. We had the private cottage chalet and it seemed not high quality, there were major gaps at the sliding doors and they didn’t close well. Thus, it was hard to keep mosquitoes out that live there in droves.The personell was quite distant and overall, it was much too expensive. The breakfast and its location were nice though.

Very nice place but with many faults, dirty and somewhat old rooms.Mediocrity in cleaning, towels not changed, floor not cleaned and the sink not cleaned.The girl at the reception was super unfriendly.I don't understand how they make our room in the morning and at 4:00 p.m. they call you to the room to refill the minibar, they would have to do it all at the same time.I don't think we would repeat it again.

The resort was fabulous, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean and cozy. The breakfast was good, but could still be improved. Walking Street is more for singles or young couples; You can walk through once with your family (child) to get something to eat. The pool was right outside the door and the beach was just a 2 minute walk away. 5 days are enough for a family.The food and drink cost three times as much there.

Staff are really friendly, the inclusive minibar was great for the kids, the breakfast was lovely with lots of options, the pool by the beach was perfect, the rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, the wildlife was amazing, the sunsets were perfect, kayaking and snorkelling was great, with lots to do and multiple options for eating around the island. Busy day trippers to the beach (we stayed in low season), but fortunately they leave by the end of the day.Beach litter was a frustrating problem that I think could easily be resolved to make this place perfect.
