Baan Hom Hug, a place where we come back to stay every time we come to Mae Kampong. The accommodation is clean and calm. There is a small stream flowing through the water which is very clear and cool. Auntie is so cute, it really feels like going home to relax❤️ I really love this place.

The room is very clean. The breakfast of pork porridge and soft-boiled eggs is very delicious. The bed is soft. Sleep comfortably. During the day the atmosphere is hot. But not as hot as in Chiang Mai city. During the night, it's cool and not hot at all. The accommodation has a small stream flowing through it. Auntie Pai, the owner of the accommodation, is very cute. Very friendly Recommend this place.

We came in April. But the weather is not very hot. During the night, I slept comfortably even though there was no air conditioning. The room was clean, without the smell of cigarettes. The price for 3 adults + 2 cats was 2,250 baht. Aunt Pai was very kind, gave good advice, was calm, and cute 😘

Baan Hom Huk is about 1 kilometer from Ban Mae Kampong Market. At first we thought it was a good idea to go. It's better to stay in the market. But I was not disappointed at all when I chose to stay here. Because the price of the house here is 1,200 baht/2 people and the house is next to the stream. The weather is always cool. The sound of water flowing at night is very enjoyable to sleep. Waking up in the morning and opening the window was very satisfying. It was very healing. The water heater was hot and satisfying. Auntie Pai who takes care of her is kind. The cost to take the bus to the market and return is 60 baht/person. If you want to go to Kew Opium, there is also a service. Whoever goes to Mae Kampong to really relax, I recommend it. It's peaceful and not chaotic. Snacks are also very cheap. I give it 100/10.

The first floor has 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, while the upper floor has a more traditional style. Attic The stairs going up are a bit steep and narrow. There are only two 6-foot mattresses and two 5-foot mattresses, which means that a total of 12 people can sleep, but they could probably add more mattresses. And there are 2 more bathrooms in the basement of the house.On the first floor is a balcony where you can hang out. It's next to the water. The atmosphere is great, listening to the sound of the waterfall. Going during New Year's, the wind blows so cool it's so cold. The lowest temperature was measured at about 13 degrees. As for the bathroom below, there is no place to hang clothes. You can call a pickup truck to take you up there for 60 baht per person, round trip. If it's not a festival, you can drive up there yourself. But if it's a festival, it's recommended to use a car service because it's difficult to find parking. And it's not recommended to walk because the path is narrow and you're afraid cars will get in front of you.

There is a rental car that will take you up to Mae Kampong village. There is pork pan delivered to the accommodation as well.
