Everything was beautiful except one thing. because the floor was the board, when the upstairs walked or did something else, there was a huge noise and our sleep was constantly divided. The only problem is the big noise from the ground. If you come, prefer the upper floors. There was a lot of noise coming down the stairs with a suitcase.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is amazing—very central and convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast selection was great, offering plenty of variety to suit different tastes. The pool was also a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere.However, there were a couple of downsides. At night, it could get quite noisy due to nearby beach parties, which went on late. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom could definitely be refreshed. Despite these points, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making the stay enjoyable overall.

I’ve been going to Phi phi island since 25 years ago, broke my heart when the tsunami devastated this island, yesterday we visited Pho phi as I often do, for a day trip , but it was the first time visiting for my Thai partner. We were enjoying this incredibly beautiful island so much we decided to stay the night even though we had our hotel back in Aonang town and only a small back pack for a day trip, but these days everything you need is in your phone anyways.We booked a room at Banyan villa through Expedia, and let the front desk of hotel we will purchase some clothes and we will check in , an hour is er when we tried trey would not allow us to check in because my partner didn’t have her Identification, and wouldn’t accept the picture of the ID , the reservation was under my name and there was no need for hers to even present hers, and on top of it they made no effort to refund our money or help in any way. The money portion or missing the return boat is nothing, but seeing such lack of kindness and helpfulness is rare in Thailand. Phi phi is a place that is full of joy and positive attitude by locals and tourist, it saddened me that we were targeted to be treated in this manner by the staff, specially when there are a few dozen resorts Chester and better in two blocks radius. Go visit amazing Phi phi island, but stay far from Banyan Villa

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel during the low season!While we knew it was a 3-star hotel when we booked, the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s architecture and decor are authentically Thai, with beautiful wooden design throughout, giving it a warm and charming atmosphere. The double bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and although the pillows were a bit bigger than I prefer (I like them flatter), it didn’t take away from the overall comfort.The pool was a real highlight—clean, spacious, and surrounded by trees that provided just the right amount of shade. We also found the free towels for the pool and beach incredibly handy. Our shower was excellent, and the Garden View room was the perfect size. The little veranda was a great spot to relax and chat about our day’s adventures while our daughter played nearby. The well-maintained garden added even more beauty and serenity to the surroundings, and the gym was good with a lovely view.The location couldn’t have been better! We were tucked away from the busy and noisy parts of the island, yet only a 5-minute walk from the pier, which made it super easy for us to carry our bags and navigate with our little one.Breakfast was a treat, with a nice variety of fresh fruits, coffee, yogurt, breads, bacon, and traditional Thai breakfast options like soups and noodles. The fresh omelets were simply delicious and a must-have every morning!The only small downsides were that the WiFi in the rooms was a bit slow, so it might not be ideal for digital nomads needing to work, and the air conditioning could get a bit cold at night. However, once we adjusted the settings, we were perfectly comfortable.The staff, though, were absolutely 5-star! They welcomed us with early check-in without any issues, and throughout our stay, they were always kind, friendly, and eager to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to return!

I recommend checking twice to ask for room service.There were no bugs in the roomThe water came out well and everything was good.However, our room was in the far corner, so it was a little difficult(?) just to get out.The restaurant is under renovation, so only half? It seemed to be running, and breakfast started at 6:00 in the morning, but when I got there around 6:30, they weren't ready and one of the employees was saying something to each other, so I wasn't in a good mood.Still, it was a nice and clean place.+ If you come to the hotel for breakfast, I don’t know.

Definitely my fav staying spot In Phi phi Islands, less than a 5 minutes walk from the pier, right in the center of the main island, next to the attractions, and you can't hear anything at night if you Want a good night sleep.

BE VERY CAREFUL with this hotel! We were accused of taking 2 face towels. They charged us and asked to see our bags, which I insisted on opening, after all, I didn't owe anything. But they were insistent. Obviously we didn't pay. But it was very unpleasant to go through this situation, with my children and people arriving and leaving the hotel. Check out the room, with your presence, so that they don't accuse you too. Another family has also been accused, check out the reviews.Stay tuned!Furthermore, the room is dark, old furniture and full of cobwebs. But there is a back part with new rooms. Strong shower but has a bad angle, the water goes horizontally, there is only half a blindex; which makes everything wet. In the room there is a lot of noise from the door slamming, people talking and the hallway floor. Breakfast where the person is to make the eggs, the ingredients are exposed and flies land. Swimming pool with excessive chlorine, just getting close can smell the strong smell. The floor is extremely slippery around the pool, so much so that it is full of caution signs. The only advantage is the location, but there is no shortage of options around. Bad choice!I have a video of opening the suitcases but I couldn't attach it.

Please don't let any Koreans stay here... The accommodations in Phi Phi are usually not good, so I booked a room after looking at the photos and saying it was clean in the reviews, but the smell of the room was really no joke (it's good to think in terms of perspective, but you have to say it correctly...) It's dark and the place is dirty. I really regret paying 110,000 won for two nights here. After lying down for a while, I couldn't feel better, so I just threw it away and stayed at another hotel for 2 nights. Please go to a clean accommodation without a swimming pool.
