We were on a family vacation and enjoyed ourselves at an abnormal level!!!First class service!Cleanliness 10 out of 10!Clean and maintained pool at the highest level!The hotel staff is especially polite and helpful, things we did not encounter in other hotels we were on vacation!!

Warning: do not stay here. Very deceptive listing.The pictures look beautiful but the house could not be farther from the pictures. The house and outside areas were filthy. The giant pool cushion nearly black with dirt (see pictures). The fire pit was also filthy and there were multiple tiles loose and missing in the pool. The wooden walkway seems very unsafe and is in disrepair. It is very buggy and the rooms have a foul odor. Overall, 2 in our party completely left the property to find another accommodation because it was so dirty. Others left early. We have requested a refund because the listing is extremely deceptive and many of us had to then find a whole new place to stay despite traveling many hours to get there and being exhausted. Do not stay here. This property has potential but has been extremely neglected.

Our family of 5 loved the home on the quiet river. Beautiful kitchen, yoga studio and comfortable bedrooms. Our host was helpful and welcoming.

A beautiful villa great for hosting a huge party of friends. Each room can fit at least 2 people comfortably. However I felt that the facilities were not well maintained and lacking.The communal table was cracked, my room's toilet was barely hanging on and the outdoor cushions were quite dirty. You have to ask for towels and soap.There are quite a lot of bugs too and it's located very far away. (Makes it tranquil tho)We did however, have an amazing time with the private chef who cooked us a beautiful meal. All 9 of us were 100% stuffed before dessert.

Refreshing, breathing pure air into your lungs. Receive full positive energyAunt Nuan took care of us like our children and grandchildren. Especially in the morning, the weather was very nice. Walking out of the room was very refreshing.

Wonderful place next to the Ping river in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.Very peaceful and feels like you are surrounded by nature.Staff are super helpful and friendly.Houses are built in a traditional northern style.Accommodation is basic, but clean.A lot of personality. Somewhere quite unique to stay.There are a total of 6 rooms, so perfect for a small group.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful, suitable for relaxing. Save your energy and go back to fighting.Not very far from Chiang Mai airport.Aunt Nuan is kind, fun to talk to, and very caring.But it's not suitable for people who like bright colors.

A boss who lovingly looks after her guests, we were surprised several times with delicacies, be it a pappaya salad in the afternoon, roasted peanuts and iced coconuts as a drink on a hot day. The rooms were first class, quiet air conditioning, very good breakfast with passion fruit and bananas from our own courtyard garden. You could go fishing with the boys in the neighborhood or party in the evening... I like the sensitive nature of the people of the north and the Lanna architectural style comes into its own in this small but beautiful complex. It was fantastic there...
