We just passed by the place. To get to Long Island, we walked through the resort. I thought everything was very beautiful. But very isolated. I wouldn't stay there. But whoever wants a total retreat ending on a white sand beach is in the right place.

The hotel is beautiful. Amazing views and wonderful staff.I don't have any objection to them. They pick you up and take you to the hotel. The day we were leaving it was raining and they covered the suitcases so they wouldn't get wet and they gave us a raincoat. It is a perfect service

if you want to lie down for couple of days then it's you choice otherwise don't come. it's too far away from town and transportation is not convenient. we want to come back from town around 19:00 there's no taxi boat and hotel cannot arrange at that time either so we barely made it back. however if you like hiking and adventure on the way then it's your paradise.

1- No Deck to get down from the taxi boat but you have to remove your shoes and jump into the water while the boat not even tighted well.after you jump you will climb couble of slippy rocks to reach loopy.2- this place is not for kids at all as well as for adults as there is no safety3- I opened the room door I found around 20 Monkeys trying to jump on me and my family !!!4- safe box and washroom door gets locked by itself and they guy show me the trick how to fix5- water finished and there is no place to buy at 11:00 pm asked the reception , shouted and said will call the house keeping for you thats after asking us to check with resturant.6- No facility except a mart which closes by 5 pm and resturant closes 117- reception closes by 11 PM meaning you are all alone .on Jungle .8- they will charge you 7% if the bill is less than 500 baht plus 50 baht for room service ... disappointing .9- I ordered one coctail and it was only ice with some little taste10- I had to cut off my stay and leave on the next day out of 4 days , of course no refund as hotel policy is to cancel before 14 days .11- you will hear sound from the wooden floor like its going to break also from cabinets as it looks moving up and down.12-mosquitos are everywhere with no action from the resort till you complain13- we had visitors at night 2 big leprosy which wake up us at night 1.30 am14- wifi is very weak and disconnected most of the time.15- No air hood at washroom , only small window is open 24h as u can't close it almosf to thr celling and from outside where you expect to welcome more visitorsAlso Have a look on their reply on negative feedbacks as you wont find any professionalizm but only defending back for thier stuff and rulesI do not recommend this hotel resort at all and in my opinion I wont rate it as 1 starWith the same price you can go to other hotels with better services and facilities .

+spectacular private long beach+Good long boat service, at the entrance and exit of your day of stay+Large rooms, comfortable beds, good views from above+Good cleaning and service+Good breakfast buffet with juice, coffee, hot dishes (bacon, eggs cooked in various ways), toast, cold dishes, salads... Cakes and biscuits, lots of variety+Two accessible and large swimming pools+ A good resort, a spectacular beach, with white sand and crystal clear water, and fishOn the negative side, the activities they offer: baptism, tours, excursions are at exorbitant prices. Prices that in the center of Phi Phi would cost you much less.

The resort itself was great, however, the location wasn't the most convenient. The only way to access the resort is by long boat which adds seclusion if that's what you're looking for. If you want to go into the village, it's gonna cost you $100-200 THB per person each way ($4-8 CDN). It's a reasonable cost but can add up quickly. It also limits you to food options which are somewhat disappointing. The breakfast buffet was solid. The staff was very nice with great service. The hotel also offers excursions for snorkelling! The Beach was amazing and so were the views!

The stay here was okay. I also booked scuba diving at the dive center, which was close and convenient. The pool was small considering the number of patrons, and the beach lounge has old chairs with debris laying around. Perhaps due to the rainy season, but regardless.

The view is magnificent, quiet and in the middle of nature.BUT expect to pay several round trips to go to Tonsai Pier because no shuttle is provided with the hotel (we were told that it is 100 baht per trip/person but in reality we paid 200 baht/person l 'go and sometimes we negotiate the price when they ask 300baht/person 🤷‍♀️😏)The hotel should make free shuttles available during several hours of the dayBut they prefer to make you pay.The rooms need to be refreshed, especially the bathroom is not in good condition... in short, they are VERY poorly insulated. Access to the rooms is on foot (it's not easy if you're not sporty or even with children 🤷‍♀️) otherwise you ask the valet to drop you off (it's in the rear cabin of an isuzu)2 outdoor swimming pools that don't make you want to swim. The breakfast is not quality. The food is not good and expensive for what it is (~900 baht for a shrimp fried rice + a pad thai 🙃)In short, I advise against it because a hotel in Long Beach is not an excuse to scam people.Considering the price, we generally expect better.

The hotel itself was ok but the rooms were not very clean. Lots of gaps in the walls that leads to lizzards and insects coming in.The staff was friendly but they did not advise us very well. The hotel is on a remote location and if you want to go to town you have to take a boat, however when we went into town and wanted to come back in the evening no one wanted to take us because of the wild waves. In the end they dropped us at another location close by the hotel but we had to walk 15 minutes. The hotel did not warn us about his, nor to they foresee shuttles (except when arriving and leaving from the island to/from next travel stop)The food at the restaurant is much more expensive than elsewhere and not of great quality.I would not recommend staying here.
