Came back to stay here for the second time, coming during the rainy season. The atmosphere was good. After the rain, there was fog in the mountains. This time we will be staying in the Imperial Onsen Suite room, which will be on the 2nd floor with a full view of the mountains.Big room There are complete facilities. Minibar provided in all rooms for free. The rooms are divided into bedroom zones. Living sofa zone and Walk in Closet with onsen bath in the roomWithin the hotel there is a restaurant, MiZu, that serves food throughout the day. There are both Japanese and Thai food. Including breakfast, come eat at this restaurant. There are many menus to choose from. Recommend the teriyaki grilled chicken, very delicious.In the central onsen section There will be separate sections for men and women, both indoor/outdoor, and there is also a private onsen section. that can reserve time for use Inside the hotel there are many photo corners. Wear a yukata to walk around and take photos, which means you'll get lots of beautiful photos. If anyone is thinking of a Japanese feel, you must come here. Good service in Japanese style too.

The rooms are all good.❌But the onsen tub in front of the bedroom It's not like the picture on the website. It looks dirty. Let me tell you, I'm really disappointed here. I couldn't take a picture of the front of the room and the tub. It looks messy, dirty, and not clean.The employee said it was being renovated. Why didn't you get it done first???(What is the picture of the web page? You should make it look like that. If you're not ready, you don't have to reserve a room.)The prices here are known to be very high. How to be satisfied first???

I have been there 4 times already, and the service is still as excellent as before. The atmosphere is great, and the welcome from the staff and the manager is outstanding. The restaurant staff are attentive and details. If I go to Moncham again, I will stay there! 🤩🤩🤩

A magnificent place where God is in the details. Pajamas, bathrobes, slippers, a warm toilet, a beautiful terrace, a restaurant, music on site, a mosquito net in the room, it was pure delight. Amazing care for guests. The springs are a special pleasure; I was amazed by the presence in the changing rooms of even foam for washing, hair bands, everything was thought out. It's great to come here and put all your thoughts out of your head and stay in a meditative state, connecting with the discreet design embedded in the luxurious nature.

I've looked at accommodations here many times but the prices are very high. This time I saw that the price was reasonable. Try it once. Once you've arrived you won't be disappointed and it's well worth the price you pay. Starting with the staff welcoming you very well, everyone is kind. There is natural mineral water to soak in, your skin is not dry, even though you have spent 3-4 times living here, it feels like you are truly living in Japan. The food is delicious, the staff in The restaurant has very good service. For breakfast, we can choose whatever we want. Important Japanese food menu Grilled Salmon with Salt and grilled teriyaki, muesli, ramen, porridge, and Japanese grilled tofu. Fresh honey from the beehive Extracted fruit juices, various snacks, and delicious coffee. Everything can be ordered unlimitedly. The staff are there to give good advice. The rooms are comfortable. There are staff who come to make tea and serve snacks in the room. In the evening, desserts are served with chamomile tea. There is an onsen bath in the room. Whenever you want to soak, the staff will come and turn on the water for you. If you really come to use the service Considered the price is very worth the price paid.

loved almost every single thing about it! room, tea, massages, outdoor bathing pools, food, property, design. MOst of the staff was amazing 👏 super grateful to experience this adventure in the mountains.if budgeting- be advised. DON'T try to get a Grab taxi. You will possibly end up in the middle of nowhere, like we did 😬 Just GET the shuttle. Everything else- really worth it

Amazing place. It feels like we were transported to another location. The serenity is unbelievable. So glad we decided to drop by here to dine. The food taste wonderful and the pricing is pretty decent despite labelled as luxury. It's our very first time dining on par with clouds surrounding us. There are also a lot of beautiful black swans, Mandarin ducks and other species of ducks around and even rabbits and koi fish. Their hospitality is also so lovely and wonderful 👍 and I believe they deserve every praise there is. We also had fun with the complimentary footbath available next to the onsen while it was raining and the experience is so tranquil.

My friends and I stopped for dessert at the hotel restaurant. The atmosphere is very good. I feel like I can breathe in my lungs. There is good care from the moment you walk into the lobby zone. The restaurant does not have air conditioning. But it's not hot at all because the air is ventilated very well. My friend and I had just eaten so we just ordered warabimochi and toast for dessert. The rich bean flavored warabimochi was really good. I think I put too much honey in the toast to make it too sweet, haha. But it's delicious. The price is not expensive at all compared to the atmosphere. The staff were very informative and recommended a foot bath at the onsen along the walkway. The day we went was Saturday but it wasn't crowded. It's a peaceful hotel and really worth a rest.

I highly recommend it. For coming to use the service here because all the employees provide very good service. We use the service in the Onsen was very impressive. It is a private room style onsen. For 90 minutes you can drink in the atmosphere in the room. And you can take photos because it's a private room. And in the program there is also a premium tea set, good tasting tea, lots of snacks and very delicious.

Came to stay here for the 2nd time. Because I like the room and comfort You don't have to go all the way to Japan, but you can feel like you've been to Japan. There are many types of rooms. Today I stayed in the Grand Tatami Onsen Suite during a promotion. Got a very good price.There's not much to say about the service here. Above the 5 to 6 star level, from parking, reception to entering the room. Every point can be called the most professional. The restaurant has a variety of breakfasts that can be ordered at any time. Dinner includes Japanese, Thai, and Western dishes. No need to go out to eat. Suitable for relaxing. Charge your body and mind Soak in the onsen to feel comfortable and at ease. Let's go back to work refreshed.The view is beautiful and there are many spots to take photos. It's like going to a little Japan, just enough to get rid of the thoughts of visiting Japan that many people like.

Couple. 2 nights. Authentic and spacious room, great onsen, delightful grounds with waterfowl and rabbits, excellent restaurant (vegan options few). Service great, one communication failure when private onsen reservation double-booked. Grab not available, but great hotel drivers and cars. Try a nearby restaurant (down the road) on the river, so cool and unique, or the nearby government-sponsored farm restaurant with its big salads (up the road). Outside occasionally noisy due to traffic or neighbours' landscaping activity.

A rejuvenating weekend, would definitely visit again.Room: Neat and clean, comfy bed, has great view. All toiletries provided. Smart TV for Netflix, Disney, music, basically AirPlay anything from your phone.Services: They give you Yukata and pajamas, you don’t really need to bring much. They also give you lots of snacks and drinks. All you can eat freshly made breakfast was the best!!Onsen: Pretty nice and relaxing, we went to both public garden one and gender separated one, both were quite private experience for us since it seems people here don’t really like to share with others anyway? (Or it could just be our own experience)Facility: Staff were friendly and welcoming, every corner is clean and well maintained, walking around the garden and/or sitting under the trees watching the greenery was healing.All in all, a great value for this kind of service and tranquility.
