Just moved in to stay at the beginning of last month.....The accommodation is next to the road, near 7-11, very convenient. The staff provide good service. Ample parking The overall picture looks good.As for the room, the bed is good, the pillows are good....but not very clean. We found a cockroach falling into the tissue holder in the bathroom. In the room there was dust and hair. Dust particles on the floor of the room looked like it was not cleanly swept. There is dust on the head of the bed. The floor of the room is sticky. In summary, it's not clean. There are few places to put things. There's only 1 table and a chair to put things in. At first I was going to stay 2 nights but I couldn't stand it, so I stayed one night.....Cleanliness should be improved. Because everything is fine.

A cute place to stay in a small town, simple and complete. The owner is kind and friendly. Clean LOFT style rooms with a view in front of the room. Go up the beautiful stairs. Breakfast is also available. Anyone who comes to this area, don't forget to stop by here and sit and chill in the evening and watch the sun shine along the mountain range.

Charming little hotel. I chose Lamphun to start the Mae Hong Son loop because there was no sense fighting Chiang Mai traffic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything promised was delivered.The location is convenient in town. 7-11 is a few minutes walk away. There's a hotpot buffet restaurant and coin operated laundry facilities next door.Great value proposition and I recommend anybody with their own bike doing the loop clockwise to start here because there is nothing more soul sucking in this life than being stuck in traffic.

The receptionist also doesn't deal well with customers. Customers come together and are helpless. The room was called to reserve, but upon arrival at the accommodation, it was changed to a bunk bed, which should not be done to customers. The room owner is not home. There are only employees who cannot answer customer questions and have to call the owner all the time. A photo of the customer's ID card is taken. Which really shouldn't be. There is no management system for checking in - checking out. There are only old books that are recorded and sometimes not recorded (I found out when checking out that I couldn't find the information during the break. Forgot to put that information) Mini breakfast, I don't think it's coffee and toast (opens at 8 a.m., just put it on the table. and have to manage it yourself) Price 550 baht. If you add a little more money, I recommend somewhere else better than here.

Stayed 1 nightEveryone was happy. It was warm and quite quiet to sleep, although the room was closest to the road. Endless hot water, kettle, water, dishes.Breakfast was delicious: omelet with vegetables, drinks, toast, butter, jam.There is a very nice cafe on the ground floor, but unfortunately it was closed.From the wishes: there was not enough hairdryer and I would like to receive 2 towels per person, so that I do not have to dry my feet and face with one towel.

In more than 15 days, I booked 2 rooms through booking with full payment. And 9 days later the hotel writes that the hotel is full, and therefore cancels the reservation. At the same time, he does not cancel the reservation himself, but waits until I do it. Normal hotels don't do this.

Bar fridge, TV only one channel, elevated position but road noise, above very temp. cool cafe medium room size one sitting stool, modern decor, lacking good lighting. Climb outside stairs for room access. Owner upstanding and speaks English.

5 of us stayed in this hostel as part of our Maé Song loop. After a day at Doi Inthanon I advise you to stop there to spend the nightVery clean, very welcoming, very comfortable and for the low price bonus breakfast with coffees are offeredIf I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do so.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The host was very welcoming and hospitable, comfy bed and great breakie. Nice restaurant for dinner up the road 300m. Can't ask for more!

We stayed here for two nights and loved every minute . The room is comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, the host is so lovely and kind. The coffee is also great. Highly recommend !

It's about an hour away from Chiang Mai.The room condition is good and there are 7-Eleven and restaurants nearby.Breakfast includes bread, cookies, and coffee.The price may be a bit expensive for backpackers.

Clean, economical price, there is a shabu shop next to the accommodation. Walk a little further, there is a 7-11, a drug store, and a place to sit and drink and chill. Overall very good, but in the morning I had a very bad dream, that is, the water didn't flow 😓We didn't shower or do personal business at all. But everything else is good. The only problem was that I encountered a situation where the water was not flowing. It must be a force majeure event. Anything can happen. Rated 9/10. Impressive.
