I didn't stay there myself. My girlfriend booked it for my parents to stay because it was close to the airport. Two older people had just traveled to Thailand for the first time. So my boyfriend is worried about food. So yesterday we ordered food but the delivery person couldn't deliver it to the room and couldn't put it on the front. We thought of calling and disturbing the person who asked us to bring food to the room. Thai people should talk to each other easily. The first time, the second time, the male employee refused, saying the water level was poor. Said it was still too early (at that time around 8 a.m. Thai time) if he knew, he would come and get it himself. So we tried to contact the parents to come down and get it themselves but couldn't contact them. Expecting that the internet might not be able to be turned on, I was worried that I called again and still received the same poor level of service as before. The 1st and 2nd time we spoke well. The more you speak nicely, the more you suppress. The 3rd time, angry and can't stand it. I understand that the price is cheap, but whether the service is cheap or expensive, it's still work. Employees should receive more training. Traveling to Thailand for the first time, the first day should be impressive, but you have to experience something like this. Consider it a lesson. In the future, if you want good service, you have to go to a good place. Thank you very much.

The service is really bad.The owner was unfriendly and the front desk staff gave no guidance or answers. The bathroom only has toilet paper, disposable toothbrushes, and soap, and the bed is very hard.For this price, you can go to other clean hotels in the city.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, I checked in at 1 am and checked out at 5 am the next day... I absolutely do not recommend it unless there are unavoidable circumstances. There are no slippers or hair dryers in the bathroom, and the bed sheets are in the same condition as other guests used.Hair, foreign substances, stains, etc. are not cleaned at all...Late at night, there is no traffic jam in downtown Bangkok, so it would be better to find accommodation in downtown Bangkok.

36,000 won at Naver Cafe, including airport pick-up and drop-off. Very good value for money. The hotel room is just clean. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, the refrigerator is cool, and the air conditioner is cool. There is no hair dryer.

The A-Port Hotel is good enough for a stop over near Suvarnabhumi Airport, only 10 minutes by taxi (150/200 baht one way ride, it depends, on the return to the airport it was cheaper...).|For the price and one night stay is ok to stay there, no more...

I arrived in Bangkok late at night, so I used it on the first day. Even though my flight was delayed and my arrival time was very late, the owner kindly picked me up and it was very comfortable and nice.The hotel is in a good location and the beds are comfortable and clean.When checking in, the air conditioner was set up to be very cool.I used it additionally on the last day as I was leaving in the middle of the night, and it was very comfortable to come to the hotel, get a massage, take a shower, and then go to the airport.I get tired when waiting at the airport for a long time during a late-night flight, but I was able to take a refreshing shower, lie down, and rest at the right time, so it was much better than using the lounge.My flight out of the country has been delayed again, but I feel refreshed and in good condition now.Those of you with low physical strength, please take note. Ahem.The massage is good and the cost is very reasonable.The local market near the hotel also has delicious food.They were friendly and the airport pick-up and drop-off was very good.

Loud music at night from next door which me and partner enjoyed but its not for everyone. Matress was hard, ok for one night but not for a week.Nearest 7/11 was close to a kilometre away. (Felt like it).Room was clean and tidy.Its a relatively cheap accommodation, u get what u pay for.

This hotel is located close to the airport and is only a place for a short stay. Don't expect cleanliness and friendliness. The bed sheets smell like urine, the curtains are very dirty, and there aren't even towels for showering.

If you don't like very hard beds then don't stay here. The bed is almost like sleeping on the floor. I only was able to sleep because I was so tired after my redeye flight.The location is good close to the airport and you can use Bolt taxi app for about 120 THB if you don't want to wait for their shuttle.At check in their credit card machine didn't work and I didn't have enough Thai Bhat. I offered to leave a $100 USD deposit and pay in the afternoon but the guy demanded I go 5 min away to the 7-11 ATM to get cash at 7am in the morning. A hotel should have a functioning credit card machine in 2024, it's not too much to ask.The room itself was relatively clean but it's very basic and plain like a student room or something. Anyway, would not recommend this place at all. They did offer a room for 9 hours with early morning check in but I only found that from calling them from the airport, they don't advertise it on their site.

Arrived in Bangkok late. Stayed one night before going to Pattaya.The owner personally picked me up, responded frequently via KakaoTalk, and was very kind.You gave me a good idea of what to watch out for in Thailand.The price is cheap,It was neat and clean and the bedding was clean.After completing a five-day trip,The time remaining until the early morning flight,stop by a portOrganize your luggage,take a shower,After having dinner nearbyYou can rest for 3-4 hoursIt was a nice place.If you were waiting,Ugh~Just thinking about it is difficult.Before boarding the planeA shower was the best choice to end the trip.Aport!Before travel,Highly recommended, especially as a place to wait at the airport after traveling!

The Korean owner was always present and did all the airport pick-up and sending!Perhaps because I stayed for a long time, I was able to get a lot of good information about the area, which helped me a lot during my trip.It was close to the airport and the room had blackout curtains and air conditioning, so I had a great rest.And there are fruits on the first floor!!!!The interior was also painted white, so it felt clean!It is safe to open the door by swiping your card before entering the building or room.There are restaurants, convenience stores, night markets, cafes, and small bars within walking distance, making it the perfect place to stay for a while.I'm staying for two days before leaving for Pattaya and returning home.Now, when I come to Thailand, I plan to rest here!
