The room was in good condition, but there was a smell of urine in the room when we first arrived. Everything was clean, but the layout of the room was a bit strange, with the sink outside the bathroom, one room for the shower, and another room for the toilet. Although odd, it was somewhat convenient. However, it wouldn’t be ideal if someone needed to work at the desk, as the sound of running water could be quite loud. For the price, I can’t complain—it’s good for the budget. The staff were generally nice, but the person working the early morning shift on September 9th lacked compassion.I understand she was just doing her job, but she showed no humanity or empathy. My husband got food poisoning the night before, and he had been vomiting and experiencing diarrhea from 2 am until 4 am. I had to take him to the nearby hospital. Upon checking in two days earlier, I had booked an additional night as I expected to finish my work by then. However, due to the emergency, I had to check out a day early. I requested a refund and had all the necessary proof of my husband's hospitalization, but the receptionist showed no sympathy and refused to assist with my booking cancellation, even though she had the ability to do so. I also asked to speak with the manager, but she refused.What she demonstrated was cold-hearted service. I understand she deals with many people throughout the day, but I was sure that I was polite and reasonable in my request, yet I still received this kind of treatment. I hope the hotel can maintain and improve its standards and address this issue.

In service I put 1 because you can't give less. The receptionists do not give information or solve anything, they were making us dizzy for absolutely everything. Your attention leaves a lot to be desired.

I stayed here 4 days 3 nights and I had a blast. This hotel nearby everything. 7eleven, foods, stalls, beach only 5 mins walk. They do provide breakfast cost 300baht. They have swimming pool as well but it was in different hotel (behind Wake-Up Hotel). Staff were very welcoming, I like the room service staff, very kind and polite. Thank you for the great experience, definitely will be back here!

Great hotel, highly recommend! We came during the off season so it was a great deal. Very close to the beach with lots of activities and shops within walking distance. Clean rooms, working AC, great views from balcony. Reception staff was very helpful and even called a travel company to arrange our trip from the hotel too patong for us. Great experience.

Hotel to avoid! This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. I was in this hotel in March and I DO NOT RECOMMEND it.The staff is not pleasant at all, the rooms are small, not bright and above all dirty.We were missing a towel in the room, I had to ask for it several times to get it because the employees preferred to stay on their phones.The only good thing is the location otherwise everything was bad.I strongly advise you to move on and look for another hotel.

The hotel is near Ao nang beach. However, as soon as we checked in, the toilet was broken and the staff only came to fix it the next day; there were always problems with the air conditioning. Such problems with equipment worsened the opinion of the hotel…

I'd rate this hotel as very poor. The issues with the AC not cooling, unclean toilets, and blocked drainage significantly impact the quality of stay. Additionally, if it doesn't offer good value for money, it's not a place worth recommending or revisiting. I'd rate it 1 out of 5 stars.

The receptionist rudely hung up on us when we requested a room change.3. The shower drain was clogged, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken to fix the issue.4. Good room, inexpensive price Choose a shared room, but we come a lot and sleep together. One room has 4 beds, comfortable beds, clean, nice shower room, good bathroom. The hotel is near Ao Nang Beach. Tourist attractions, walkable, convenient travel.

A hotel with shared rooms only for women, in a perfect location - value for money! Only 4 women in the room, the receptionists are lovely, helpful and flexible. Included in the price you have access to the gym and pool of the adjacent hotel. Clean and cozy. Really good for those who need a break from dirty and crowded hostels.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, because it seemed decent (and the price is not cheap either for being Thailand). The room is somewhat dirty and has little to do with the photos and the staff is very unprofessional.
