Whoever makes a reservation, think carefully. I came and there was no bedroom, no staff, no reception. Can't get a refund. Went for a walk and looked, there were only a few beds. There are already people sleeping, but the system in Agoda shows that the room is available. Can't contact anyone, not even Agoda. Had to sit aimlessly on the mezzanine. Expensive compared to the service received

Downstairs is a lesbian bar. The tenants are full of masculine women, and the women have ambiguous looks between them. It’s not that I’m repulsive, but the atmosphere was really strange. I suggest you make it a lesbian-friendly hotel and don't let outsiders stay there. And the hygiene situation is not that good at all.

We booked through the app. Already paid Call the property to check in, no one answers the phone. The door was open, but no one was there. There is no contact channel. Call the number provided, but it is probably the store's number. There is a loud noise inside, there are no employees to provide service at all, very bad, a waste of money and feelings. For anyone who is expecting it. It's very disappointing.
