ABSOLUTELY RUDE STAFF. Was bullying me into paying for using the washroom.Me and my friend were passing through Phaya Thai Road, and decided to grab some coffee. While my friend was deciding what to order, I went to use the washroom. After coming outside - the staff asked me to pay 20 THB for using the washroom or buy something from the cafe. We were already going to do that, but it was clear she was RACIST TOWARDS ME!Do yourself a favour and don’t go to this cafe.

Convenient hotel for one night while waiting for the next flight, at the City Link terminus coming from the airport. Clean and functional. The City Link station also provides a connection to the metro. Convenient for visiting the surrounding area. A bit noisy neighborhood because train line right next door. But with fatigue we forget the noise 😁

from the comments above, the problems of the hotel are mainly noise problem, the size of the elevator and no mirror in the room(only 1 in the kitchen)I booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. Yes, we could hear some noise, but it's bearable.we never encountered many people entering the elevator at the same time. in the meantime, the time for going up/down is fast indeed.the staff are friendly all the time

Didn’t get quite a restful sleep here because the bed creaks and the noise and light pollution is bad. Location was amazing though. Would be good for breakfast to be a flexible time period instead of selecting timing. It was stressful trying to wake up just on time for breakfast

Cosy, little hotel very near the Airport Rail link station and other train routes. Right next to train tracks but we hardly heard the trains even thpugh we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor. We opted to include breakfast, which cld be pre-ordered the day before. Fresh coffee of your choice and less food wastage.

In front of Airport Rail Link Phaya Thai StationExcellent access and smooth access from the airport.Because I checked in before 0:00, the entrance wasIt was locked, but when I rang the bell,The person at the counter greeted me.I was asked to choose the type and time of my breakfast.There were three types of food: bread food, Thai food, and Western food.Since I came to Bangkok right away, I chose Thai food.I chose the latest time, 10 o'clock.The room is perfectly comfortable and the bed is spacious.If I had to say anything, it would be the lack of a toothbrush.There were also two bottles of water, which was helpful.If I ever come to Bangkok again, I will stay here.There is a main road and a national railway line next to the hotel.You may be a little concernedThere were earplugs in the room.I wasn't too worried about itI didn't use it, but even late at night, the JNR line isThe sound of the railroad crossing and the sound of the locomotive as freight is running.You may be concerned about horns and driving noises.

I've stayed at the Sukhon Hotel many times, and it continues to be my top choice in Bangkok. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right at the foot of the Phaya Thai BTS station with direct access to the Airport Rail Link, making it a perfect base for exploring the city and for easy transfers to and from the airport.The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. We always opt for the Superior Room, which is double-glazed and quiet. I've heard that the rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy.The complimentary breakfast is simple yet satisfying. The hotel is also close to Urban Calm which in my opinion offers the best massage in Bangkok.Security at Sukhon is excellent and the staff are great and consistently responsive.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

The location is perfect, and it's very close to the airport. After walking forward and passing the railway track, you will see the airport escalator, which costs 45 yuan to reach the airport. Because the accidentally spilled coffee stained the sheets, they asked the aunt to clean it and have a look. If it didn't work, they would have to compensate, and I agreed to compensate. But the cleaning lady said it can be washed and I don’t have to pay any money! I'm really, really happy. In fact, you can ask for compensation. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff for their service, which is excellent.

Location is excellent which in front of BTS and easy access directly from both airport with train. the room is a bit small but good maintenance. Thai style breakfast is very tasty. The front desk also very polite. My room is on road side & a bar next to it. it’s noisy but not so bother me. The downside is the curtain is not blackout so the super bright traffic lights & BTS make the room very bright whole night & the pillow is hard & thin. Both things makes me hardly sleep & wake up every 1-2 hour the whole night. It’s ok for 1 night stay but not more. Suggest all travellers take the room at back is you sensitive of light like me.

The owner can speak Japanese.The hotel staff works hard and is attentive. Cleanliness, shower temperature, and water pressure are perfect. The toilet is also perfect. There is an elevator. The hotel room was so comfortable that I forgot that I was in Nepal.

It is located at the last stop of the airport express. Just go down the stairs from Exit 1 to the hotel entrance. The location and transportation are very convenient. Although the room is relatively small and beautiful, the breakfast and the service of the service staff must be given full marks💯. Next time I travel to Thailand , it is still a good hotel that I would like to stay in, highly recommended💯

The hotel is next to BTS Phaya Thai, Exit 2, making traveling convenient. But it is an exit with no elevator or escalator going up and down. If you have luggage, get off from the airport rail link and walk across the train station a little. It will be more convenient.The room is fairly spacious (sleeping alone) with almost complete amenities, shower cap, comb, and cotton buds, but no hair conditioner. The hair dryer is powerful and has ear plugs because at night there is the sound of trains passing by.Breakfast has a choice of Thai or Western set. Please specify your eating time because there are few seats. You can order tea or coffee. The taste is ok. The amount of porridge is a little small.The staff provide good service. But when I went to stay there was paint in front of the hotel. Should have informed the hotel guests in advance. Afraid of paint dripping on body and headI wish schools in Thailand had single-sleeping prices like Japan's. Otherwise, they should have offered the right to 2 sets of breakfast because they paid the normal price for a room for 2 people, but saw that the employees were indifferent. Don't say hello, don't say anything. I could only keep my unsatisfaction in my heart.

If I could give this place 1 star will be more than enough.I was walking through Phaya Thai road with my family in law and we wanted to have some coffee and pastries. We were 6 adults and 1 child, part of the family sit for the meantime, while the rest was ordering. The girl who was at the cashier told us that for being able to sit at the small cafe (called Missy Kitchen) ALL the family members MUST have any drink or food. Seriously, 5 out of 7 of us order drinks and food but the hotel's policy DO NOT ALLOW us TO SIT and enjoy the food that we ordered. The alternative was to order to take away. I think is extremely rude, frustrating and unprofessional! Where is the customer service?!?! Staff were very unhelpful saying that was the hotel's policy. Seriously, as a Restaurant Manager & Certified Sommelier, I know how customer service works and how to provide excellent service. Also, they should ABSOLUTELY REMOVE that "award" of customer service from 2020.Please do yourself a favor and don't waste you time to come here. Thankfully, there are several cafes and restaurants in the area.

The room smells not very good and is not very cleanThe sound insulation is very, very, very poor. There is the sound of the subway, the noise of cars and tuk-tuks, the sound of the door, the sound of toilet pipes, and the sound of the next door room snoring.You can hear all the sounds you wantI can't sleep at allIf it’s a connecting flight, you can stay for a short time, no problemBecause the location is very good and cheap. It can be reached just outside the MRT station.The transfer departed at 5 o'clock the next day. The hotel staff prepared a take-out breakfast, which was great👍🏻

This restaurant is right next to the stairs on the left hand side of Exit 2 of Phaya Thai Station, the last stop of the Airport Express. If you want to take the escalator, it is at Exit 1 on the opposite side. It is not easy to cross the road with cars coming and going, so it is very convenient. This is a hotel. Although it is next to the railway and BTS, the hotel has an airtight window to isolate the noise. It is actually much quieter! The room is small but fully equipped! Breakfast is also divided into Thai and American. The picture in the photo is Thai breakfast. I personally think it is delicious. I stayed for six nights and had Thai breakfast for five days! In addition to convenience, it is convenient. After all, the roads in Bangkok are very difficult to drag luggage. This hotel is really just down the stairs, but if you like a large space, this hotel is not suitable! But if you don’t want to push your luggage too far, this hotel is fine! Unless you charter a car to and from the airport, it’s fine! This room costs about NT$9,200 for six nights. For reference! There is a 7-11 diagonally across the road from the hotel.
