Total trash. From the first to the last moment only inconvenience. As soon as you enter the hostel, you immediately see a low mold that suggests mold, which doesn't disappear once you get into the room. The sanitary facilities are extremely terrible. Especially if you come from a western country, you will be surprised how the hell you could come up with this crazy concept. Calcified shower head and neglected toilet crammed together in a small cubicle, filthy drain hole in one corner, broken shower gel holder, cobwebs adorn the ceiling, the water pressure is almost at 0 and, literally the worst thing, the toilet paper is outside the cubicle in the hallway there are always other guests walking back and forth. However, these circumstances would still be bearable if it weren't for the additional 33° and 100% humidity inside the cabin, which instantly destroys any sense of hygiene.The rooms themselves also have the feel of Spartan furnishings. Rusting and wobbling beds with rock-hard mattresses that barely make room for a suitcase and a bag, so that it becomes a real challenge to maneuver through the rooms. If you want to sleep in the shade after the exhaustion of a day with 28°C, it will be difficult to get it before 4 a.m. From the side you can hear techno music, which gets louder and louder as the evening progresses and reaches its peak at 2 a.m. Worse still, a maximum of 5 people at the same time are even listening to the music.IN SUMMARY THE MOST IMPORTANT:- stupid sanitary facilities- monstrously difficult sleep- reasonable hygiene conditions (damp and musty everywhereEven at €20 per night, it's an absolute disgrace!

Disappointing experience, House keeping took towel and asked me to pay the fine. I asked to check the cctv they said it'll take time you'd have to pay. Beware of you're belongings here. I know it's a pesky thing but paying 500 baht for this felt like a scam. Beware!

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the pier, so be prepared for a bit of a trek on hot days. Fortunately, a hotel staff member will assist with your luggage upon disembarking from the ferry, and this service is provided at no extra charge.However, the rooms did not meet expectations, particularly due to the very small bathrooms. The major issue, though, is the presence of bed bugs. Although my trip has ended, I'm still dealing with the aftermath of bed bug bites. Because of this, I cannot recommend this hotel. Additionally, the staff who serve breakfast were notably rude—an unfortunate exception in Thailand, where I generally experienced excellent service, except for a few Bangkok cab drivers.

Never again for me. The beds weren't clean, the shower and toilet were also together. So when you take a shower the toilet is completely wet and I find it really terrible. The location is good in the sense that you are centrally located near the beach, but the fact that you can hear loud music outside until late at night and there is no soundproofing is bad. You can't sleep, plus all the guests screaming in the hallways. It's just a party hostel. If you want to party all the time, it's fine, but not recommended for everyone else

Fine hotel. The 4 people dorms were quite small for 4 people and 4 big backpacks. You meet good people at the nice pool and there’s a great view of the beach which is a 20 meter walk.

This place pollutes the environment with how loud they play the same type of techno music Every Single Night. The screenshot of the owner saying it's every other day is a lie. We've been on phi phi 3 nights and it's been the same every night from 1pm-1/2am. The sound is so loud and uninviting that it echoes off the mountains of the bay. It's terrible for wildlife trying to call each other at night, not to mention killing any romantic vibe that phi phi could have to offer. It makes me sick. Good luck staying anywhere around for kilometers.

My stay at Ibiza was disappointing. At 3 am on 12/07/2024, a guest vomited in the dorm, filling it with a bad smell. When I asked the receptionist for help, they were rude and refused to clean the room or move me to another one. I had to sleep in the smelly dorm, which ruined my experience. The hostel needs better hygiene and customer service.

The hotels location is top notch. Pool with a sea view and pool party often organised. But I went in June it was low and less crowded. They have a vast variety of rooms to choose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

If you come to Phi Phi Island, the first thing on your mind is relaxation and partyI visited three times beforeOf my 3 visits, Ibiza worked the bestFirstly they have pool parties, and it's the biggest, you have to be the hotel guest for accessThe properties located near the beach it's very accessibleThe reason I gave it one star less, for occasional power cuts , and room service, cleanliness wise it's very good, found the rooms and the bathroom cleanThey even provide pick up and drop of luggageThe main attraction why I choose the hotel is location, it's working distance from major attractionsGood place to stay especially for youngsters and couples

The location is the best thing about the hotel, without a doubt being a few steps from the beach and the nightly party is the best, but the private room we hired was far below other accommodations. The bathroom is the worst! Very dirty, the sink faucet old and the shower very close to the sink and up; all the water fell on the wall or the toilet!!! Furthermore, the water did not go down the drain and remained stagnant for a long time. The Pool Party pool closes too early for it to be located in the party area. I appreciate the attention of taking our suitcases to the ferry and checking out an hour later (at 12) but that is offered by many hotels in the area so it is not a plus.

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the heart of the party, but the cleanliness is simply disgusting! I rented a private room and it is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in, the pipes are clogged, the water does not go down the drain. There is no space to bathe, the shower is above the hand sink. Fine of 2000 baht for having sex in the room. 🥴🤣 Check out must be done 11am earlier than in other hotels.
