Came to pick up a customer to board the plane here today. I immediately knew that there was good service here, good care, starting with the security guard at the entrance, the entrance gate staff, including the young people at the counter as well, ( Please check the customer's name,). Most of car park floor 3-5th has been reserved for no one. No parking for elders or handicap. Most of customers must drive to park at 6th floor. It burns fuel. In brief, hotel must reconsider parking policy to save earth and more care for customers especially elders.

5 stars. Amazing apartment, super clean. Really nice bathroom with bath. Highly recommend. Staff were friendly and accommodating was affordable too compared to similar places. I would definitely stay again, in fact this might be my place from now on. Close to where I wanted to be.. and the station. Easy to get too. Like a hotel but an apartment.. stay here is my recommendation

This was a magnificent hotel. So spacious and the staff will bend over backwards at any time to help with anything you need. Seriously felt treated like a king!! Also the gym is spectacular and the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to worldwideCould not recommend this place more !!

The hotel is excellent, but they accused me of stealing the kettle even though it was there. I checked it after I went to the room to confirm its presence and told them to look, it is there, and they apologized. Please check with the staff before accusing me.

Very spacious and vintage room like a president room, I like the location and service a lot but the room have a lot of mosquito which is not suitable for 4-5 star hotels, you should improve about that. Otherwise, everything is perfect

King Power Building can be seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the roomGreat suite with everything you need, laundry, drying, bathtub, kitchenSuitable for families traveling to enjoy the extra large roomsThe best thing is the super large gym, massage parlor, hall performance, swimming pool, etc.It is also very close to bts and can be reached in one minute from the exit.shortcoming:We didn't open the fire, but there was a very strong smell of oil smoke in the kitchen two days ago.The toilet flushing system is old and has poor drainage.Cleaning is not accurate (blue square pillows are often thrown on the floor, hair towels are not replaced, tea bags and coffee capsules are not replaced),The capsule coffee machine is brokenWorthy of appreciation:Provide high-quality glass bottled water,When I called the counter, the problem was solved quickly (but the smell of oil smoke was still not solved, I only sprayed aromatherapy & checked the air-conditioning outlet),The room is clean, tidy and bright,Airport transfer service prices and models are very good,The lobby counter performed well,Luggage and elevator services are friendly and proactive.The facilities are great (the gym has top-notch equipment & offers different classes every day & free inbody testing)The high-end fragrance in the room is great,The location is great (close to King Power Building, Blue Elephant Restaurant, the pier & many cafes in the streets and exchanges with excellent exchange rates)

Our family of 2 adults and 2 small kids spent 5 nights in a 2 bedroom executive apartment and loved the stay.The staff was attentive and helpful.The rooms were big and had a great view. Please ask for a high room to avoid the road noise since its located right next to a busy main road and metro station.The washing machine, dryer and fully functioning kitchen was very useful throughout the stay.The lighting in the rooms could be better though and the breakfast buffet was spartan - this needs major improvements considering what the competition provides.The room did have a bit of a musty smell and it showed its age but it didnt bother us at all - the apartment was very homely indeed.The pool is great and sun shines on it keeping the water warm.The location is excellent and is located right next to a BTS station for fast connectivity (Silom line).Would stay here again, considering the great value.

It’s very, very close to BTS St. Louis Station! The neighborhood was also very safe because there were hospitals, schools, and companies.The bedding was comfortable and I ran the washing machine every day!It doesn't have the exotic feel of Bangkok, but it's really comfortable!The deep tissue massage at chater6 on the 6th floor is absolute paradise!There is a small flea market (in the morning) held at the nearby St. Louis Hospital, and it is clean, has a lot of food, and is more delicious than expensive restaurants.

The room was situated just a few minutes away from the city center. It was tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff members were warm, welcoming, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
