Really beautifully located right on the beach between Thong Sala and Ban Tai! You can get anywhere easily! It's clean and the staff is friendly

The accommodation is located at Koh Phangan. Private atmosphere Relax, soak in the atmosphere and enjoy nature to the fullest. Lovely staff, always smiling. The large bed room sleeps comfortably.The location is very good. You can wake up and go play in the water. The water is very clear. The rooms are spacious. There are kayaks and snorkeling equipment for use. Convenient and comfortable, everyone is hospitable, smiling and friendly. Always helping and giving us good advice.

Wonderful accommodation. We had direct access to the sea, in the afternoon when the sea recedes at low tide you have a small beach to yourself. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The host was very nice and helpful.

We rented a villa for four days to spend our stay on Koh Phangan. The complex is right by the sea and there is even a piece of beach at low tide. The accommodation is a little outside and you have to pass a mangrove swamp, which is a little more difficult when there is a lot of rain, but was only the case for us once, despite the fact that we were on the island in the rainy season. We had slight problems with water in our first accommodation, which were quickly and easily resolved by the hosts and we were upgraded to a much better accommodation without paying an extra charge. Overall, it can be said that the accommodation offers a lot, has its own pool and is really worth it.

That place also has a stunning Villa most suitable for family and a romantic Seaview modern style Cottage. All in all it was topped by the attentive host and service staff to made my stay highly comfortable. You won’t regret to stay there during your exploration of the island.

Stinky and moldy accommodation. The bungalow for two people was not very clean and the bathroom was covered in black mold. Everything smelled unpleasant and musty and sometimes strongly of urine. It was unbearable, especially when you came in the evening and the room got very warm during the day. We tried to make it bearable with incense sticks but no chance. The sea wasn't nice for swimming and the beach was virtually non-existent. Access to the beach was also very uncomfortable, first over sharp pebbles that you can't walk on barefoot, then you also have to climb over a stone wall. Overall very unsatisfactory.The hostess wasn't particularly friendly either. At check-in they didn't even say hello.I would not recommend the accommodation at all, it was the worst of all the accommodation we stayed in Thailand.

We booked for 3 nights and supposed to check in on full moon party day. We had a hard time initially finding it but eventually did. When we got there was no one around, we waited for 30 min until making a phone call. The lady who answered told us there was a booking mistake and all rooms were unavailable even though we had confirmations from agoda.We tried looking for another place to stay which is nearly impossible on the eve of full moon party. We were sitting with all our luggage in heat desperately trying to find new accomodation and trying to get answers why our accomodation was never canceled on agoda.The lady we talked to on the phone came out of one of the rooms and started giving us attitude and telling us to get off property because we weren't guests. She threatened to call the police if we don't move immediately, with all our luggage and no where to go.I've never had a worse experience in all of S.E Asia and this lady was the worst person I've came across in all my travels. 10/10 would NEVER book with these dishonest unfriendly people.

The accommodation is comfortable, spacious, and the view in front of the accommodation is very beautiful. Really worth the money spent. Most importantly, the owner is very cute. Next time if going to Phangan Will definitely go to stay here again.
