I have not stayed in any of the rooms but drunk my coffee and ate my breakfast here almost every morning of my 1 month stay on Koh Phangan. I needed to cross through the water from the Thong Yang Bungalows to get to BOOM.The food is amazing, the place is a piece of paradise. No tourists, basically no people at all. Hammocks, good internet connection.LIN IS THE SWEETEST!

Nok is a warm, incredibly helpful and open host who made us feel very comfortable.The place is not easy to find, a steep path leads down according to the sign on the road and opens up a small paradise. It's worth it.The bungalows are right on the beach and you just feel very comfortable and welcome.Nok helps where she can and has the best recommendations for scooter rental and, above all, massage.The food is great and vegetarian requests are also implemented.Saying goodbye wasn't easy despite the rain - a wonderful stay. Thanks Nok!

Cute bungalows right on the beach, great food and great recommendations for scooter rental, massage or food.The hostess Nok, who is available to her guests with warmth and helpfulness, is particularly outstanding. The food is wonderful and you sit right on the beach. People who are looking for a personal, authentic, feel-good stay without great luxury, with peace and good food, have come to the right place. We spontaneously extended the stay and saying goodbye was really difficult. Thanks for everything, Nok.

I first stayed at Booms while backpacking in 2001 and what a fantastic family, they really looked after you, after dark and the family went to bed you would help yourself to the beers and write down in the book what you took and you'd pay next day, went back in 2004 and the same kindness, we was fortunate to be invited to a Thai boxing match by Booms daughter which wasn't available to tourists, such a wonderful lady and family, look forward to returning this December with my son, such fantastic memories of care and involvement, thank you Boom....Russ xx

Boom’s cafe is my favourite place in Koh Phangan. Everything is just amazing there. Nok is the owner and is the reason why this place is so special. She is the best cook 😍 Literally all her dishes are so full of taste and you can taste the freshness. She is an amazing hostess. Also BOOM gets the most beautiful sun sets of the island, and there is a swimming pool upstairs to use and kayaks on the beach to enjoy the amazing view of the jungle of Koh Phangan from the sea. I will DEFINITELY come back here. See you soon Nok! Thank you for everything ❤️

It‘s a really nice place - most likely on the most beautiful beach within whole Koh Phangan with very good bungalows. The restaurant & café also is a very nice place to even spend a couple of hours. Nok, the owner, was cooking very well and the food tastes really great. Come there to try food and beverages - always a great pleasure. Sehr empfehlenswert!
