Location is good, pool is nice but the rooms aren't that good. Air-conditioning(only AC in the bedroom). is weak when you want to cool down, when you have it on cool it feels like a big fan. Bed room smells like mold. I booked because of a kitchen where I can cook my food but there a almost nothing to work with here. One poor knife for cutting stuff and one small well used cutting board. One little pan and pot. If you want to live here and cook food, you have to buy your own kitchen stuff. I went and bought a cutting board with 3 nice knifes for 200 bath. Why can't they just update the kitchen? It's not big money. The microwave did not work but the staff gave me a new one the same day 🙏

A good location if you are on a bike and live on Koh Phangan for a month or longer; for a 2-week vacation, it’s not the best place, as it seemed to us. Cleaning upon request, breakfast is the same every day, except for fruit, the fruit is different. The air conditioner only in the bedroom did not work consistently. The room with the kitchen was very hot. There is a small pool on site to cool off.

The worst experience with the staff I have ever had in my life. They are horrible, very disrespectful and the manager is useless. Since they are fully booked for the price, they don't care about people's experience.

We had a booking and the man at reception said they were fully booked and there was no room for us. We had already paid and the man got angry, almost aggressive!Then he put us on the street as a family with a baby and a toddler (!!!!), the whole island was fully booked because of the fullmoon party.There were 4 rooms available, completely overpriced.He probably rented our room for 10 times the price. He didn't help us resolve this issue with Agoda. I asked him to contact agoda, which would have really helped us, but he wanted to get rid of us real quick. It would have been so simple to offer us a drink, something to sit with, to clarify the situation.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND / WASTE OF TIME / there are many other interesting places to stay on Koh PhanganI made a reservation at this hotel/Wanpratheep Village Kohphangan/everything was fine and I got a message before arriving that they don't have a room for me and I have to look elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We first decided to try Wanpratheep for a month. However, we found ourselves so delighted with the location and service that we've decided to extend our stay for an entire year!Wanpratheep boasts a great central location, making it a breeze to drive to most places within just 10 minutes. It serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.The manager, Nara, truly shines in his role. His commitment to guest satisfaction is remarkable. Be it a special request or a minor issue, Nara addresses it swiftly and efficiently, making us feel welcome and valued.In conclusion, we couldn't be happier with our choice to extend our stay at Wanpratheep. If you're seeking top-notch service, convenience, and a warm welcome, we highly recommend this place!

Worst experience everWe were insulted and they made us leave from the villaJust for asking few questionsI want to point out to this person called as " NARA "Please be alert of him very rude very loud.He removed us from the placeShouted on us just because we asked him few questionsIt was the worst stay everWe got scared staying over hereBeing a hotel you should have some hospitality to behave with tourists but you people made us feel miserable.If you want your hotel to go ahead in future please remove the desk people over there who handle things very badly.Please don't go for thisIt's just that they loot money and give you the worst stay ever

We lived here for a month. Quiet neighbors, convenient location, with good access roads on the plain, 10-15 minutes to almost any point on the island - convenient to travel by bike or car, parking near the house, communal pool with sun loungers, spacious area with lawns, palm trees and singing birds! You can walk to a store, coffee shop or waterfall! The houses are dry, with air conditioning, they have the minimum necessary for life! Cleaning in 2-3 days, the staff is very friendly and responsive, any issues were resolved very quickly! Thank you 👍❤️ we will be back next year!

Worst stay ever. The reception guy refused to let us check in and said i dont have your booking. i have not seen a rude person like him in my life. We had to arrange a room after waiting with my wife for hours on the road. Horrible experience!! Don't book this hotel.

Very nice little bungalow village. Room was nicely decorated and everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about except the bathroom door which was a bit stuck. Would book this accommodation again at any time. Location is slightly outside of the action on the island.

A little more and I'll stay here to live. Very good communication with Nara, the receptionist!They came to pick us up at the port for free!! And on the way back, they also took us at the time we asked for! Incredible, since taxis abuse prices.We rented some motorcycles right there at the hotel, which were of a larger displacement, but he left them for us at a better price because they were the last ones he had and because we had already asked him to have motorcycles before.The hotel is very quiet and well maintained. They bring breakfast to your bungalow at the time you want (in a time slot). Very nice and relaxing pool.Highly highly recommended.

Nara was amazing! He wrote to me a few hours before arriving in Ko Phangan to pick us up at the port! He helped us in absolutely everything we asked for and even rented us a motorcycle in the same hotel. The day we left he took us to the port. Very comfortable rooms and super large bed. They bring you breakfast to the cabin and then they collect everything. I would go back without hesitation. Absolutely recommended to spend a few days in luxury on Koh Phangan.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. The bungalow has everything you need and is very clean. The entire facility is also kept very clean.The location of the property is great! In my opinion you can reach the most important places in just a few minutes.Breakfast is brought to your room every morning at any time.Very nice staff - we would love to come back!

My partner and I recently stayed here for a month and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Picked up and dropped us off from the ferry. The house was spotless, with cleaning every 3 days. We bought a couple of cheap kitchen utensils but house came with a wok, cutlery, plates and bowls. Bed was comfortable, AC worked and any queries Nara was available straight away and more than happy to solve. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!
