Owner is rude.We are in a house near the Rainbow hotel, the owner doesnt let us walk through his property to get to the beach and we needed to walk around with our baby cart extra 10 minutes in the sand just because he doesnt like people going through his yard..

I had an AC bungalow but the AC never worked properly. The burmese staff was nice but cleaning doesn't seem to be their favorite thing to do. What is horrible however is how the owner is constantly shouting at people to not walk through his resort. I lived there for 6 weeks in 2019 and had friends staying there over the years. When I came to visit them, I got shouted at every time to leave. So sad especially since it is a public not a private beach where the resort is.The only great thing is the beach. It is beautiful with great sunset views. If the owner changes one day, it would be a beautiful place to stay.

It is a wonderful Place with wonderful People!The Bungalow’s a clean and the Food is tasty.For Children the Beach is perfekt, bc you have to walk a bit until the water is deep. Also the sunset is soooooo beautiful 🙏🏼♥️ i just love this special Place ♥️

A terrible hotel with an inadequate owner, not the entire hotel is yelling, driving people away as they pass by. Don't spoil your impression of Koh Phangan. This is the dampest place in 8 years of our trip to Thailand. Pass by and you won't regret it

This place is pretty decent. My wife and I stayed in a Fan Bungalow. It got pretty hot during the day and didn't cool down until after midnight. When we arrived, it was clean and neat. Hot water shower, western style toilet and mosquito net. On the porch we had 2 hammocks for taking naps. And a clothes rack was included which we used for drying our clothes.The best part is, you're about 20 meters from the ocean! The water is about waist deep in the morning and then gets knee deep during the day. Truly a tropical getaway.

We checked in with friends in the morning, and left immediately in the evening, an inadequate owner who yells at all the poor people who simply confused the entrance to the beach, or who are standing by his tree on the beach. Then he also confused his own guests by shouting at them and didn’t even apologize. The room upon arrival was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.The owners need to become kinder and happier, maybe then a white streak will begin in their lives. It was the first time on Koh Phangan that we met such evil people, don’t spoil your impression of this beautiful island in this evil place.

Good rooms but appalling service. The owner of the place screamed at us because we were talking on the balcony at 10:00 p.m. and kicked us out of the place.. luckily we checked out regardless. No one cleans or clears any garbage, including repulsive pulp and a complete lack of consideration...don't come!!!

The longer you rest, the happier you are. The rooms are good, clean, inexpensive, next to the beach, not crowded, like having a private beach, safe for women to stay alone, the food is very delicious, the owner takes good care of them, impressed by every service and friendship.
