The location is very good with direct access to the quiet beautiful beach. The room is fair considering the price and surrounded by vegetationThe overall service was below average, the property did not respond to our questions made several days before arrival (literally ignored our messages) and answered a couple of hours before arrival about how to get to the hotel (we had naturally already figured it out by ourselves). No hospitality or effort, they seem to just rely on the fact that the location of the property is beautiful so they will get customers one way or another

Bungalows are in bad condition. Bed was shaking and broken. Full of ants. Cleaning once in 2 days. No air conditioning (only a small fan). Old furniture, curtains. It smells bad in the room/bungalow. Shower was super bad/old (smells bad and ants). We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a bad experience.The positive side is the location, it’s a few seconds walk from the amazing beach. + they were helpful renting a scooter for a reasonable price.

A very nice, small resort with bungalows right on the beach.We had one of the newer bungalows and were really impressed. There is a hammock on the terrace where you can relax with a view of the sea.The location is really great too! Super beautiful beach with white, fine sand and fantastic water.There are many bars, cafes and restaurants on the beach. The atmosphere is relaxed and serene.In the evenings there is sometimes a bit louder electronic music, but it's actually hardly annoying. When the door is closed you can hardly hear anything.The staff was always very helpful and friendly. If we needed something (toilet paper or towels), we asked directly and got everything. The room was cleaned immediately upon request.We were also able to rent a scooter through the resort for 250 baht a day!The only thing I have to complain about is that there is no bedside lamp to provide a pleasant light at night, but that can certainly be implemented...Otherwise everything was great and we would come back at any time!!!

We had breakfast there every morning in this beautiful place.Delicious things and very nice owner and family, we can only recommend it. 😄 We would also like to spend our vacation there.

I was in an older bungalow and it's nice. Nothing special but clean, AC and nice balcony. Bed is a little old. That's the only negative I have to say about this place.The area and location are amazing and staff is very nice. I even extended my stay.

First of all: avoid this place. It's a scam. This is not a resort. Maybe it used to be a resort 5 or 10 years ago but now it's just an abandoned place ruled by some poor people.On top of everything there's construction so say bye to your "calm cozy bungalow"We spent a night and then ran away to real resort on koh ma with palms massage on the beach, restaurant and beautiful territory.You will regret if you stay at Ibiza "resort"On the photo: construction. And the reception, where owners are preparing food and fixing fishermen stuff during the whole day.

Slightly old bungalow but comfortable and with good privacy, each cabin has its terrace on a beautiful green space. Direct access to the bay. The owners are discreet and will let you enjoy peacefully.

Nice little bungalow on the beach, clean and insect free! Very friendly staff. Location was lovely and chilled, exactly what I was looking for.
Unfortunately there wasn’t room cleaning all week, no electric kettle in the room, and wifi was not great.
