Very nice resort with swimming pool overlooking the beach.Everything is well looked after and tidy.The restaurant is good with fresh dishes. However, I think it is a little expensive compared to the competition.The rooms are cleaned daily and the sheets replaced.Excellent breakfasts.The staff is helpful but very cold and distant. For the most part he doesn't speak English.It has several merits and I disagree with the various negative comments. If one goes to that beach it is for relaxation and not nightlife but it is certainly not the resort's fault.I agree that if you don't book the taxi from them, they ban the competition from accessing the resort so you have to walk a long way to get it. This needs review by management.I can't help but mention "Dog", the sweet resort dog who welcomes you with stuffed animals in his mouth and asks for cuddles.

We liked it very much.The room (4-bed room by the pool) was large but also quite shabby.The location is sensational.The food in the restaurant is very good. But also a little more expensive than the food court in the village.The service staff was very attentive and friendly.The management could learn something from this, they could be friendlier here...

Treated like a fish in the face, after we used all their services from the boat to the restaurant, inviting friends for both evenings in which we stayed over for the night.If you go for the sea, don't come here, subject to low tide until 4-5pm, the restaurant closes at 10pm and you can no longer dine even nearby.We booked a taxi outside the hotel and they didn't pick us up in front of the hotel as we didn't use and pay for "THEIR TAXI SERVICE", so we had to make a very steep climb with suitcases and backpacks in hand.They asked us to pay the bill the night before, insisting several times while we were friends at dinner.Difficult to communicate with those who speak little English, it's fine if you want to get away from everything but the area is very isolated.I would never go back again after the treatment I received

Very disappointed by this hotel, the worst we have had in Thailand, in particular by the lack of sympathy from the manager who is very unpleasant..... The site is beautiful but that's all. The room was sad... It was sorely lacking in comfort, to say you take your shower in the toilet... In short, we won't be going back there..

I loved this spot and will return! The staff were so sweet and super attentive and the resident golden retriever, a love. A perfect location on the beach and the pool with an ocean view…awesome. Cold beer, tasty breakfasts and snacks. Housekeeping staff were fabulous and the grounds had great plants/landscaping. My only knock was that the beds were quite firm. Hope to return one day.

We were here four years ago. We are just as happy now as we were then. The facility is well maintained. Nice garden and bungalows. Today we ate at the associated restaurant. We had the best curry on the beach. The staff's English language skills are lacking and it is a bit difficult to communicate. However, it is made up in a good will to do a good job despite that. The beach is clean but a bit boring. Långgrund. Nothing for snorkeling.

A welcome return to this fantastic beach resort. We loved our 10 days here and we had superb weather. A beautiful second floor room with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and beach. The accommodation, staff, food and drinks in the restaurant were all fabulous.

We spontaneously stayed here on our trip and didn't find the stay very good. On the beach side, the resort is very well located and the sea is directly accessible. The hotel is difficult to find towards the inside of the island and can be reached via a bridge. The parking lot and surrounding area are largely littered and uninviting. Renovations are currently taking place, which makes the beautiful beach location a little deceptive. The cheap rooms are uninviting and quite outdated.

This resort is run in a very professional and guest-focused manner. The reception is available at any time and will take care of every problem or request, no matter how small. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. In this entire beach, Nice Beach is the best choice.For dinner there is always BBQ with fresh fish. (Before the BBQ, talk to the grill master about how to season the fish, because BBQ style is not my first choice for fish :-) )

My god, what a hotel!!!!We were two adults and two children.We took a family room, in a recent bungalow.He was absolutely perfect.Spacious room, comfortable bed, television, netflix, air conditioning. Absolute comfort!!Now let’s talk about the welcome!!! Amazing!!! The hotel managers are adorable, taking great care of our family. Lots of humor and kindness.We had a fantastic stay.The place faces the sea, with a feeling of being completely out of time.You have the feeling of being alone in the world. The restaurant is excellent and not too expensive for a hotel.No honestly nothing to say except, what are you waiting for to book??!!!

Perfect Hotel!! Very loving team and super friendly owner. Far away from mass tourism and party people. The owner is still at the grill himself. Clean rooms and two depth pool. Perfect for the family. The beach is perfect for children as it slopes very gently into the water! Crystal clear water!

The resort is located directly on the beach and a beautiful bay. We had a new bungalow and felt very comfortable. All the staff are nice and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food and there is BBQ every evening.We would have preferred to stay longer.
