Do not stay within this accommodation! Unfortunately we had a horrible experience as they called the police in order to charge us twice. We payed for the accommodation with one of their employees when we arrived. At the next day, they accused us of not paying. We wanted to see the camera footage, which would have shown us paying the money to their employee but suprisingly the cameras didn’t work. They threatened us by calling the police (one of the officers was a relative to the place) and constantly yelling at us that we won’t be able to leave the country. It was a horrible experience and after two hours of being yelled at we agreed to pay twice, just so we can finally leave. Do yourself a favour and look for a different place to stay.

First of all: avoid this place. It's a scam. This is not a resort. Maybe it used to be a resort 5 or 10 years ago but now it's just an abandoned place ruled by some poor people.On top of everything there's construction so say bye to your "calm cozy bungalow"We spent a night and then ran away to real resort on koh ma with palms massage on the beach, restaurant and beautiful territory.You will regret if you stay at Ibiza "resort"Update: you say check the location?

Super cozy bungalows. We stayed in one of the newer ones. Lots going on in the area (vagga bar, Coco locco, etc.) Located right on the beach. Little shade but for us still one of the best beaches on the island. Mega sunsets :-)

Beautiful vacation rental! I strongly advise. Beautiful Bungalows on the banks of a heavenly beach. Bar and restaurant nearby. You can also withdraw and exchange your currency, approximately 5 minutes on foot. There is also a seven/eleven for small extra shopping. In short, everything is done so that you can enjoy a very good stay and relax. Good holidays !!

Every Wednesday night the owner turns up the music (if you can call it music) so loud it rattles the floors of hotels up and down the beach. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS GUESTS! ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY YOU ARE SCREWED!!! Call the Thai Tourist Hotline 1155 if you have a Thai phone number for your phone.
