It's not worth living in. I like to look down on people who live in renters. The person taking care of the car has no manners in looking at the car. Raise animals, don't play with them, just stay with them.

Hua....? Don't go there. It's better to find another dormitory. It's really bad. Let me tell you, this dormitory is even higher than building 10. There was no signal.The power goes out every month. I'll just fix that, especially the legal building.When it rains, there is wind and the sound of a broken door hitting the wall.Noisy chip missing, already reported but never fixed.The only good thing is that you can raise a cat. It's all bad. Even the employees keep every baht. The electricity bill is expensive because they have to pay for the central electricity bill as well. Next year, the room fee will be increased. The only good thing is that you can raise cats.

Overall very bad. It's true that there are rooms for pets. But at the entrance to the dormitory there is an entrance and exit fee at all times. Let it rest and don't keep sound at all. When I first came here, there were people making loud noises at night all the time. If you don't notify the law, they won't take action. no enthusiasm After reporting the matter, it seemed to get better. But it wasn't very good and then there was more. I can hear construction noise all the time. Overall the service is bad. And finally, fire escape stairs are not up to standard. In an emergency, they definitely cannot be used. The safety of the accommodation that should provide services to the residents should be more convenient and safe than this.

The security guard didn't want to help. I consider it not my own duty.Another thing is that there is no internet or key card. We can connect to the internet but they won't connect. Do not drag any lines at all.On the 4th floor, water flows slowly, the ceiling is hot, causing a waste of electricity when turning on the air conditioner. Electricity bill is very expensive. In any month, WFH is only 2,000 baht.Other matters are acceptable except loud noises. Really can't accept it. Quality of life like real flat housing residents
