We loved this place and come all the timeThis past time though we were charged for the baby swimming, which they normally never charge us. We do however, always pay for the adults and the elder children. So this last time we were confused why were charged for the baby. It's not like we didn't pay for everyone, just wondering if things have changed.Also I think pricing of stuff could come down a bit.Also we bought ginger shots and other mixes and when we got home they were no good.

Freshly renovated, everything is new & good quality. The rooms are really nice and clean, and pretty modern. There’s a nice restaurant ‘Seed to Feed’ next door and a 7-eleven a few minutes walk away. The staff is very kind and friendly, and made us feel very welcome.

The Willow is the best hostel in Koh Phangan for sure. I was there with my girlfriend last year and it was a really good experience.

Hands down the BEST of the best hostel experience ever! It’s the kind of place that reconnects you with people around and makes you helplessly fall in love with the island. It’s the kind of place that every backpacker dreams about having at least once in their life.The facility is top-notch and secure that leaves you worries free so you can enjoy the journey with the peace of mind knowing your valuables will be safe and you’ll feel absolutely replenished for the next day.The owner Fernando and his staff are superb in their customer service! They not only make you feel at home when traveling overseas but also treat you as their dearest friends. I’m so glad that we’ve got this opportunity to know each other and I’m sure this friendship will last for many years to come.Every moment spent in this hostel is a blessing. One of my best stays during my vacation so far. The staff is absolutely lovely and the owner Fernando is amazing. He cares about his guests and helps to sort out every problem. In my case he went with me to the scooter rental station because they tried to scam me - with his support I even got my money back. Also he's organizing a lot of activities and we had a barbecue with him and his staff at our first night. I will definitely come back if I'm on Koh Phangan again and can highly recommend this hostel. Thanks for the fantastic time here, I'll never forget it!

Even though the hostel wasn't finished yet, the stay was outstanding!Fernando, the hostel owner, is great.We were lucky enough to be among the first guests of the accommodation and were invited to a barbecue with staff and guests on the first evening.Our entertainment was always taken care of.When we had a difficult situation with our scooter rental company, Fernando even drove there with us to clarify the situation for us.I would definitely like to come back here when everything is completely finished. It will be the best hostel on the island when everything is sorted 😊Many thanks to Fernando and his lovely staff ❤️

The hostel is beautiful! Like the pictures.
The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom are big and clean.
The owner of the hostel is really nice, he helps you with whatever you need.
The pool is perfect for the weather of Koh Phangan.
