The most unprofessional place we have ever slept in!A story worth reading before booking a night there:We arrived at 18:30 PM and immediately got the room, a not bad room at first glance and we decided to go to the pool to watch the sunset. We went down to the pool, the owner of the place and her family were sitting in the pool with 5 dogs, 2 dogs came to us (one was friendly and the other bared his teeth) We tried to move away and he came closer, the owner told him from a distance to stop. So we stood at a distance from the pool and watched the sunset, not 2 minutes had passed and one of the dogs ran up to us and bit my partner in the back, then 2 more dogs joined him and circled us, while the owner trying to tell them to stop (only from a distance, she did not approach to the dogs). We ran away to the room and one of the dogs just stood outside our room.After the dog left and we calmed down from the incident (around 19:00 PM), we called the owner of the place and she rudely said that it was not her fault nor her responsibility because the specific dog that bite belonged to the neighbor from 'Danup villa'. She then called her neighbor and the neighbor said she would pay for the examination at a hospital (only if the doctor decides that it is indeed her dog that bit). At this time one of the dogs outside our room is baring its teeth every moment we try to leave.We told the owner of the place that it was wrong and she told us that we could just go to another hotel. She did not take responsibility, did not try to compensate. That's how we found ourselves looking for a place to sleep in the middle of the night in the dark.I hope tourists will read this post before they decide to book there.

We arrived at the place in the evening and after settling down we went to see the sunset by the pool, the owner of the place was swimming in the pool with five dogs, after about two minutes one of the dogs (a pit bull) came in his direction and everything barked and all the other dogs began to gather in front of me and my girlfriend, the owner was afraid of them and finally I got bitten From one of the dogs, then the owner of the place tried to disclaim responsibility and said that it was the neighbor's dog, and told us that if we didn't like it we could leave, so at 8:00 PM we had to leave because he said that was the situation and there are dogs that always roam the area, really aggressive and unpleasant behavior of the owner.

Well-equipped cottages (we rented the smaller type). The complex is well maintained and the houses are bright and clean. The bed was very hard, not everyone can cope with that. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were driven to the ferry free of charge upon departure. They also run the restaurant at the resort and are happy to accommodate special requests. The facility is quiet. It is located right on the water, but there is no beach or swimming opportunity, but rather a small boat dock. However, there is a small pool.

We lived there for a month (September 2020) and had the resort to ourselves almost the entire time. Super sweet owners, there is a small gym right by the sea next to the pool, which is also a nice size for swimming.There is a small restaurant/café on the street, but we didn't really use it during that time because we were cooking a lot.Our bungalow at the front, the first on the left side by the sea, had 2 large beds, a large, great bathroom and a small kitchen.Full recommendation

I have been living there for 3 years and am still impressed by the quality of the houses and the family-run resort. Very nicely equipped bungalows with a perfect view of the sunset. The food in the restaurant is delicious and cheap! The mega infinity pool invites you to swim and dream. A small cardio fitness center completes the picture...!

I have lived in seaside resort for over a year and I want to say that this is one of the best places in PhanganWonderful friendly hosts, responsive, honest, always help with any question,View: stunning view, magically colorful sunsets open from this place,restaurant: diverse cuisine, always fresh products, cooked with love delicious, very cozy,Rooms: always clean, linen is very good quality,There is also a small gym and a gazebo for yoga classes and a swimming pool of course 💖 this is a really magical place ✨I will definitely come backThank you so much❤❤ thank you

I'm staying here. Nice staff and Nice resort. I understand about price each room because i know price depend on view and room size. I want room at sea-view. The owner discount for me. I really love it so much. Food is okay. Maybe this year i will stay here.

Dishonest and unpolite owner.She lacks any integrity and basic manners. She run her place like a flee market and gives different prices to each person. I revealed that my neighbors at similar villas pay less than me. When I brought it up to her she lied in my face.Later on when I finished my month there and it was time to extend my stay I talked with her again about the price. I was very gentle, however she got mad and gave me ultimatum to decide if I stay in 24 hours. I was there with my brother and he was eating breakfast at their restaurant everyday. I was eating there breakfast everyday few days. When we brought this up to her attention she just got madder. Eventually we decided to swallow our pride and stay there for more. Then she suddenly said that it's ok, but next month there is a booking for my room, which was very unlikely at this period of covid-19 and also a bit odd that from all the rooms my room has been booked.She didn't even have the courage to tell it to me directly and she sent my brother a message to let me know of this.Furthermore, without relation to this she never said hello. Even before our debate with her.And when we left very oddly our electricity bill was high almost as our deposit. Needles to say, she didn't even say goodbye or thank you... she simply gave us back our little change and said nothing.

Awful service. The staff are never available in the office (which acts as reception there). First surprise as soon as I arrived: they have a 3% charge if you pay by credit card. After I made the payment, the employee accompanied me into the bungalow, but gave no key (said she would bring it 20 minutes later). An hour passed, but no-one came with the key. I went to the office, but there was no-one. The only employee present on site was the cook.The staff there have a weird habit: every time they needed to say something to me, they shouted from behind my back: "Hellooo!". They also speak very little English, even communicating about matters pertaining to the functioning of their resort is nearly impossible.
