A scam to avoid!It's dirty, poorly maintained, a real ripoff for the price we paid (54th a night for 3 in a triple room)Broken furniture, barely repaired mosquito net in the bathroom, the window does not close, the fridge does not plug in, 1 socket near the door, the extension cord in the room cannot plug in because it is not not the same file. The light takes forever to turn on, the bulb and wires are exposed.The amount of dust between the bed and the wall is disgusting.Noisy. No duvet, no toilet paper, no water available.

To say this is no-frills is beyond - AC doesn't work, we didn't have water for most of the stay, fridge wasn't there and the one they brought eventually didn't work. HOWEVER - the view is amazing, right on the water, the balconies are super cute but no furniture, and you can walk to the full moon party very easily. So location is top notch, but you're essentially camping here without basic necessities.

Plenty for a few nights in Koh Phangan, lovely staff. Shower wasn’t great and so had to be held in order to be used. Prices were fair and great location with good access to the nearest beach.

Cheap, simple rooms (bungalows) on Haadrin Sunset Beach. As a rule, you don't need to book in advance.

Deposit 600baht. Right in front of the sea. Near the party area but still far enough to have a nice and quiet rest. Water is hot, air is fresh in the night. I checked out one hr later than their time frame but they still give me back all the deposit. Will definitely go back again.

We were lucky enough to find a cabin in this venue, as the famous Ko Pha Ngang Full Moon Party was approaching fast. It didn’t look like much, but hey, we were only going to ‘sleep it off’ anyway, right? …

No frills accommodation.Great, friendly service.Near everything.Short walk to Full Moon Party, yet quiet and peaceful location.The locals are great.Advice for tourists: take initiative to smile, join your hands in front of you, bow your head and greet Thai people in Thai language. Then, watch their shining smiles and genuine kindness pour onto you.

The accommodation is next to Haad Rin Nai. Walk to Haad Rin Nok (Full Moon Party) Not far away, there are shops and restaurants along both sides of the road. The caretaker of the accommodation is very hospitable. The room is on the 2nd floor, very private, has 3 comfortable beds, has air conditioning, a large bathroom, has a water heater, and strong water flow.

To avoid, I do not recommend this bungalow/scooter rental agency.Thieves who will not hesitate to do it to you the other way around and then fake calls to the police while crying to get money.Two very petty sisters who appear accommodating but who are at the height of vice.

The place impresses with its good location in Hard Rin. Various beaches can be reached on foot, including Hard Rin Beach, where the Full Moon Party took place.The accommodation seemed averagely clean to us. And the staff is very friendly and accommodating.We think the price-performance ratio is very fair.

DON'T STAY HERE!
The room was all dirty with bugs, spiderwebs and the water came out brown. The door doesnt even have a lock. Youre not safe. You have to pay 50% before arriving and if you want to leave you wont get your money back.

Decent size bungalows with nice view from upstairs rooms, decor could be better as our room was just plastered and no paint, wet room was alright, water pressure could be better from tap and shower but overall i recommend

The staff was extremely rude! Our room was filled with mosquitos and ants, the door to the outside wouldn’t close all the way (huge safety concern) and there was no A/C. We immediately walked right back outside and to the front office. …

Nice bungalows by the ocean. A little bit pricey for what you get. Basic room with wi fi, air con and hot water. Good location, quiet, on the sunset side of the island. Good staff service. Recommended to take a room with AC.
