Had a great 2 night stay. Room simple but clean, very friendly staff and everything within walking distance. The downside is the noise from the neighbors' balconies, but you wouldn't want anything different at this location. Nice for a few days!

Hey, steer clear of this place for your stay. It was a total letdown from the start. The receptionist, like others mentioned, was just plain rude, even yelled at us for being a bit late and seemed all over the place. We coughed up more than 24,000 Bhatts, and what did we get? A messed-up room with a busted AC, sand everywhere, a toilet with stains, and a funky sewage smell. Oh, and they shorted us on towels – only got 2 instead of 3.Asked for another towel, and it turned into a whole shouting match at the front desk, waking up the whole place. Had to raise my voice just to score that extra towel. Not once in our 3-day stay did they bother to clean the room, switch out the towels, make the bed, or toss us some extra toilet paper. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all cost

Totally disappointing. For the price paid, the room is not up to par: a very unpleasant smell inside, sealed windows, blind bathroom, very old and worn furniture and beds, dirty entrance landing.The room was clean only on the floor and on the lower furniture, in the higher ones (for example bathroom mirror) there was some dust.Upon arrival we were amazed by the fact that the swimming pool is subject to a fee (100 baht per day) which is not indicated on the operator through which you book.The beach connected to the bungalows is totally abandoned to itself, full of rubbish and filth of all kinds.Furthermore, one of the ladies in charge, who let us into the room, was waiting for us at the entrance with her fingers up her nose...To conclude, when we booked, check out was at 12:00 but when we arrived we were told that it was at 11 because the time on the booking was wrong...In short, the place has good potential but is managed really badly.

Excellent location for a full moon party, you don't need a taxi, but you don't hear the music at night either. The room is basic but completely satisfactory. The room is clean with towels and shampoo.

Room is different from pictures and really dark. You are charge of cleaning your room. You get new towels and water if you ask from staff. Room is big but there is no place for mosquito net.Good location for full moon party. …

Rude staff. We had to go to their store/reception every day to ask for water, and for them to clean the room (they also forgot the PQ).We rented a scooter from them, the first time went well and the second time they tried to trick us by making us believe that we had scratched the rearview mirror. Supporting photo they quickly shut their mouths.Apart from that, magnificent view, nice little swimming pool and simple but nice room.

We were in the hotel for three nights and they stole money from the room for me and my friend. not recommended!!!!Someone stole my friend and I dollars from our room from the safe box. Do not recommend!!!

A hotel for young people close to the Pulmon party, clean and tidy, (2 star hotel) there is nothing more to expect, the price is expensive..... but in Pulmon the prices here jump threefold....
