It has a very good location, and the man at the hotel takes care of you so that you don't miss anything, he also reserves your trips for when you have to leave, to perhaps improve the bathroom. A good experience

Good location (within a 10 minute walk of the beach), cool aircon, very comfortable room with nice linen and pillows. Great value for money. Jack the owner was a genuine and warm host, he greeted us with a smile everyday and helped us get to the pier on our departure. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks!

Jack helped us a lot. Our bank blocked the card. I contacted Jack and he booked a room for us. Jack is very friendly and always eager to help. The hotel is located well, next to the pier 50 - 100 meters away, if you take a ferry from Samui you won’t even have to call a taxi. Opposite the hotel is the best coffee shop in Haad Rin. Nearby is the best beach on Koh Phangan, Haad Rin beach. You can ask for room cleaning at any time. For the money this is the best deal on Koh Phangan. And Jack is the most hospitable host I have met in Thailand during our trip.

The room was nice nothing to complain about. 8 minutes walking from the beach. The owner is very helpful I got my air conditioning replaced while I was not in the room, he also offered me a bus ride which was cheaper than the one offered by the most common bus company.

I don't recommend this place. The house design and location puts you directly on the street where its noisy and you have to keep curtains closed for privacy. The owner acts like a guard with the grumpiest and unfriendliest behavior ever. His racist and Islamophobic comment was the cherry on the top. DONT EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!

A nice hotel room with lovely owners. I also booked travel through the hotel and left my wallet on the minibus! I managed to get in contact with Richmond and they found my wallet and brought it to my hotel! Thank you Jack and Richmond, you saved me!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I heard the other room talking very loudly everyday. The room is clean but there is no hair dryer and refrigerator. The room is in a good location, close to the full moon party. Good for short stays.

Absolutely fantastic! We loved our time at the Richmond Guesthouse! The beds were comfy and the room was clean. It’s a perfect location for the full moon party. The owner was also a really lovely, helpful man who clearly cared a lot about his guests. He always waved at us in the street and asked if we had an issues or needed anything. And was really helpful when we had questions about laundry, scooters and taxis

Great accommodation for the Full Moon Party, had a small room without a window, took some getting used to! But you have to experience the party once in your life!Both nights were pretty loud, but that's something to be expected when coming to Haad Rin to party.We met a couple who took the boat back to Samui that night and they had to wait for over an hour and had quite a bit of chaos! So it's worth staying for one night!The owner helped us find an ATM, the washing machine and order a taxi!We then “escaped” to the northeast of the island and enjoyed the peace and quiet!

We loved Jack, the owner. Such a lovely and helpful man. The hotel is a great location, clean, well looked after and comfy beds. Jack helped us with everything we needed, he was great. I'd absolutely recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t recommend it more. Jack was very friendly and helped with anything we needed (laundry, recommendations of where to go, offered us a taxi service). Rooms were comfortable and place was in a good location, within walking distance of the beach yet without being noisy. Overall a great stay

Didn't stay here because the was a problem with the room,the owner fix a room in a nearby bungalow though.I would recommend to anybody though,because the owner is a very very nice guy. Every time he saw me he ask me how i am and keep saying sorry that i couldn't stay
