Awesome value for money at this location. The service we received was amazing - the bar overlooking the beach had such a chilled out vibe and the drinks were great. Wish we’d stayed for longer! Nothing felt like a hassle. Glad we opted for the larger room options beneath the pools, they felt modern and clean.

The location on the sea which is nice has a beautiful view. But the rooms feel old and not clean enough. There are constantly insects in the room that come in even though the windows are closed all the time. One day we had ants on the bed and there was nothing we could do about it.We had really slow hot water in the shower, even though we mentioned that there was a problem with the hot water, we still didn't have it.The lock of the door does not work from the inside, so it is impossible to lock the door when you are in the room. And the bath on the balcony is not worth it because there is no hot water and it is quite dirty.The staff are amazing, really kind and they just want to help and make it good for those staying at the hotel. The main problem is the rooms.

It’s so bad that a bad service can ruin the rest of the great features of this hotel!They didn’t respect the price agreed on booking.comI understand that many establishments charge the customers for the credit cards fees… but thru a booking made on booking.com, even if it’s little money, they shouldn’t tale advantage knowing that tourists won’t complain about that little amount.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stayed here. The rooms are comfortable with an authentic Thai feel. Far from modern but that isn’t something to worry about with this place. ||The pool and restraunt area are second to none. Great food and even better service by the staff, you really can’t fault this place.

We stayed in a bungalow for 4 days with a great view of the bay. The bungalows were spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is also highly recommended. They have a nice selection of wine and also sparkling wine, which is rather the exception. That was definitely a plus point for us. At low tide, or if you don't have a problem with wet clothes even when the tide is coming in, getting up and down to the beach via the stairs is no problem. Otherwise, I would recommend taking the short detour across the street and then straight back to the beach at the Sandy Bungalows. Swimming is of course very tidal dependent. Shade and sun loungers are also rather rare. We would come back because of the perfect view.
