Small but comfy rooms. Delicious food at the restaurant. It's a little far away, but still walkable from the pier. The pool needs a little work. Overall, I would highly recommend for budget travelers!

Great hotel. Calm. Friendly staff. Air-conditioned and clean room. View of swimming pool and sea. Deckchair and hammock available. Magnificent sunset. Good restaurant. Good location for walking around the island.

Unfortunately, First Villa is a bit old and the concept is a bit questionable.The complex is located at the ugliest end of the beach. At low tide you have some beach but it is not really maintained as it completely disappears at high tide.The pool is there but is not really maintained. There are simply chlorine tablets in the pool and some pumps move the water.The loungers are ok.The hammock was torn and therefore didn't really inspire confidence.Unfortunately, the staff is only on site from around 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and does not see it as their job to clear away used dishes or napkins in a timely manner. Rather impractical in this wind.It also means that you can't have breakfast until 9:00 a.m. at the earliest and you also have to buy your drinks outside in the evening.

Price performance location service fits. The houses are a bit old, the pool is ok. Beach too..water too. Recommendation... the pictures speak for themselves. I would come back. The operator... great!

Stayed here for one night. The rooms are equipped, the water pressure is great. The location is nice, right on the beach, plenty of parking, Nice pool. I just thought it was too expensive for the quality of the rooms at 60 dollars a night not including breakfast.

We stayed 20 days the setting is idyllic for the sunsets the staff is very kind the shower not washed for 20 days a bit of a shame as well as the swimming pool it remains green and clean on the walls

Air-conditioned bungalows located on the seafront, sunset every evening.Very pleasant and accommodating staff: taxi reservations, scooter reservations, excursions... on site.Quiet and comfortable, I recommend.

conveniently located at the southern part of the island, close to the thong sala pier, haad rin beach. Property has a private beach and also the in-house restaurant is pretty good.
