The Israeli owner/manager treated us with contempt and humiliated us for no reason. An unpleasant person who ruined our experience and we really felt unwelcome there.

We spent 4 great nights at Baan Kiao. The entire team is super friendly and helpful and it felt like a little family there. We particularly remember Tom and Minh. We would have liked to extend our stay at Baan Kiao if we hadn't already booked our next trip. But we'd love to come back :)

Crème de la Crème! The location is absolutely perfect, quiet, the most amazing vibes, every single person there is truly special. I initially booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 14 more nights. You walk 1 minute to the beach, 3 minutes to 7/11 and restaurants. Beautiful beach with beautiful sunset, you can walk quite a bit on the beach. The rooms are perfect, with A/C, Moskito net, big balcony with a comfy hammock and absolutely gorgeous view!Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be back

Baan Kiao was by far the best stay I had in Thailand! The staff here are truly something special. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome, and throughout my stay, they treated me like family. At one point, they noticed I wasn’t feeling my best and, without even asking, brought me some food, a refreshing drink, and even offered a massage to help lift my spirits. It was such a heartfelt gesture that really showed how much they care about their guests.The rooms are wonderful—spotlessly clean, with hot water, comfy beds, and a spacious balcony where I could sit back and take in the beautiful surroundings. It felt like my own little peaceful retreat. The beach is also just a quick 5-minute walk away, which made it so easy to head down for a swim or to watch the sunset. It really felt like the perfect mix of being close to nature but still having all the comforts of a resort.The food here is amazing too! Every meal I had at the restaurant was delicious, but the meatballs were a standout—definitely make sure to try them. It’s also worth mentioning that the whole vibe of the resort is super laid-back and relaxing, which made it the perfect place to unwind after traveling around.I can’t recommend Baan Kiao enough. If you’re looking for a stay that feels personal, warm, and restorative, this is the place. I’m already thinking about when I can come back!

Ideally located on the edge of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, this resort is very pleasant.The rooms are clean (still missing some finishing touches), the shower is very large and finally a curtain to avoid getting wet.The pool is quite nice, clean, the poolside chalets are good at first glance but can become less nice if it's a mess at the pool 😞😞.The breakfast is perfect, lots of choice and very generous (the pancakes 🥞 are delicious 😍.The staff is very pleasant and always available, massage parlor and diving center (run by a French 👍) on site.Laundry 20 meters just above with dryer.Very good establishment 🙏🙏🙏

We stayed at Baan Kiao for 5 nights and had a 'romantic bungalow with a sea view'. The bungalows are pretty and very functional. The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks English very, very well. Breakfast is à la carte with an incredibly delicious selection of mezzes. Whatever you needed, you received. The prices are very reasonable. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

We arrived by chance and met Ron the owner, after a short conversation we closed for two nights (there was no room for the rest of the days), a very beautiful resort, invested, the rooms are large, spacious and equipped.Ron, thanks for the service, see you again soon!

A lovely resort where I stayed for almost a month, suitable for families and not only. It has everything you really need, you won't want to leave the hotel. A clean and pleasant pool with a bar that has everything you want, a good restaurant, laundry, walking distance from a beautiful beach, the rooms are simple, spacious, clean! The only place I slept in in Thailand where the room is cleaned every day. The unique thing about the place beyond the facilities I mentioned that exist there is the quality of the service. The staff is welcoming, willing to adapt to the customer's needs. Highly recommended!

It's a great place, with a great vibe.The room was very cozy, is plenty big, has a confortable bed, and the balcony is really enjoyable with the hammock and the nice view (we had one of the rooms "upstairs")We enjoyed a very big and diverse breakfast every morning, with a choice of eggs, pancakes or fruits and all sorts of mezzes, good coffee and decent fruit juice.Given the fact that it was included with the room, I would say overall it was excellent value!But what I enjoyed the most was the general atmosphere, everyone in the staff was sooo nice and it felt like they were having a good time at work. I don't know. Hard to describe but it felt really good. And service was really good as well!Also lots of great singers in that team for sure!!! 🤩We'll be back when on the island again!

Super recommended! We went as a family and spent a week in this idyllic place surrounded by a staff that was always smiling and willing to help and made our stay an incredible one. Congratulations to the cook who makes 10 dishes! 😋

Absolute lovely Place!We had 4 very nice Days, with very cool people.Ron the Manager was also pretty cool, everything is very good managed.Maybe a bit uncontrolled pool-service with too much chemicals. Our son, from and from 2 other families kids had some ear-problems after leaving because of the chlorine from the pool :/ (our guess)The team was the best weave ever had, lovely lovely lovely!Food also perfect, and fair prices.Breakfast was top, healthy and much as enough.Thx and hope we see us again!Patrick and FamilyGermany

We came to Baan Kiao Resort on Koh Phangan for the first time as a newly married couple and couldn't have imagined a better place. From Tinn and Su Wai at the reception, who always gave us a friendly wave, to Min, Lynn, Moh Moh, Thadar and Bo Bo in the restaurant - everyone gave us a very warm welcome here. We were also well looked after by Aung at the pool bar, and we would particularly like to highlight Tom, with whom we had deep and great conversations right from the start.The entire team feels like a small, warm family into which you are immediately welcomed as a guest. Without exception, all team members took loving care of babies, small children and of course the adult guests, which created a wonderful atmosphere. We played music together, laughed and talked a lot. We have never felt so warmly and honestly welcomed on our travels - if you shed tears after saying goodbye, that must mean something...The beach is only two minutes away, and the resort itself is super cozy. Everything we ate in the restaurant was simply delicious. We already know where we want to go on our next visit to Koh Phangan - we have found our perfect little "vacation home" here and will always be happy to come back 🧡

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.. the rooms were very clean.. the swimming pool area was also very clean and the drinks available at the bar were nice. The beach is only 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.. overall a nice place to stay with family..
