The room is good, has everything, but is a bit small and expensive because it's in a small area. The owner is very narrow-minded. A customer asks to borrow a drinking glass and says he doesn't have it because he's afraid the customer will break it. So I gave you a plastic cup.

Not good.Stayed here last year, asked for a glass and didn't want to give us one. No fridge, overpriced for low quality. Many other bungalows on the beach to choose from!

Avoid these people! They poison the beach dogs. Someone from this resort was seen putting poison food out on the beach then two dogs were found dead later. Terrible thai family! The worst. The bungalow are also overpriced and the owners are rude as well as dog killers!

A heavenly place not far from scooter amenities, I see the sea from my room, I am 10m I am in the swimming pool, 25m I am in the sea, the room is quite spacious, all that is missing is a safe and a fridge and That's a shame, but I'm not disappointed, the air conditioning works, the bed is comfortable, the shower a little basic but there is hot water, a very good stay

For the room, it was really disgusting, a clean sheet. A bed with casters, a spring mattress that moves. No hygiene under the bed. We found shampoos from the previous tenants. The bathroom was disgusting, we were afraid of catching mushrooms, we weren't able to have a horrible shower, work to be done again, insects everywhere. The staff tried to scam us on the last day with the 1000 baht deposit and asking us to leave early to take 500 baht from us. Then we negotiated 200 bales to the port for two people the lady disappeared the taxi arrived and it was 200 bath per person they understand More when you go through the translator, the old woman at reception talks behind your back horrible on the beach. A marble table all broken and the pool pretty much okay but all the sun loungers broken. This hotel is truly a scandal.😵💫

The rooms are a real disaster. Bed old and downright disgusting. Bathroom/toilet disaster. The pool was dirty (and much smaller in real life than in the photos). There's really nothing good to say.

We had bad experience living here. The furniture was broken, we asked for the new chair because there were no chairs at home at all, but they didnt help us. There is Infinity resturant near and it was crazy. The loud music from Infinity bar played day by day all day long. Also, the dog baited me near the gates, we spent 800$ for vaccines and treatment. We have had very bad experience in this resort.

Nicely designed small resort right on the beach. Beach is kept clean daily. Service very friendly but you have to constantly remind to get things/utensils. Room cleaning does not take place. Changing towels etc must be addressed. Beds are very old. Mattresses worn out. We had lots of ants in the room. You also have to be able to deal with a lot of cats here, some of which lie on your laundry. (if you want them to dry on the balcony) or on the tables in the restaurant. There is no refrigerator in the accommodation and if you want to make a coffee you definitely have to have good construction skills, because the sockets are very high up and the cable from the stove is too short. The bathrooms are not of a standard. Shower toilet in a small room. Be sure to use disinfection.A pity! It looks so pretty at first glance but we wouldn't come here again!

Nice bungalows right on the beach. Good service there. A little bit boring kitchen and food. The beds in the rooms are hard and not soft. No refridgerator in the rooms either.

We had a very nice stay att the Pagnan Lodge. Great atmosphere, many animals on the site. A bunch of cats from the lodge itself and a few dogs from the neighbour that are always on the beach. The owners are very nice! You can ask them literally anything and they will fix it for you! They also have good communication skills. The rooms are a bit dated but the environment of the lodge and the service they give makes up for everything. Thanks Mint and Mart for making us feel very welcome!

Very bad experience. They gave us a room whose bathroom was disgusting. Old floor full of stains and humidity. Broken toilet. On top of that, when we arrived they wanted to cancel the booking reservation and charge us a higher price.We believe that all rooms are not the same, but if you get ours you won't want to be there.

I would be happy to bring you up to date: January 3, 2023.Super nice and quiet complex with a great and clean beach and pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Contrary to other statements, I can confirm that there is a small restaurant. The food is delicious and prepared with love.The facility is quite remote. To get anywhere, a scooter is an advantage. This was organized for me by the reception and I was picked up to receive the scooter. The bungalows are clean and well maintained for Thai standards. There is also a kettle, safe and hairdryer.Briefly summarized:+ facility+ Beach and pool+ Personnel+ Restaurant and food+ calm+ Room, bed, furnishings- Location (renting a scooter is an advantage)- No refrigerator in the roomI will gladly come again!

Good place with pool in front of the beach...but there is no restaurant...there is one 250 meters away on the beach...bungalows are small with air conditioning and hot water....lovely people
