What an amazing experience at Villa Cha Cha! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Nisa, the receptionist, greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. The hotel’s atmosphere is relaxing, surrounded by nature, and the facilities are very well maintained. The location is perfect, close to the beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Phangan

A beautiful and well-invested hotel with a resort-level pool, on a stunning beach at an affordable price. Kind and helpful staff. The rooms are invested in the smallest details - comfortable beds, great flow in the shower, towels for the pool and even a daily filling of water in the refrigerator. We stayed here for 5 days, initially in 2 double rooms and then in a family room, and both had everything we needed.

Super cheap, the staff tries hard and is very friendly. One of the best beaches on the island. Hotel is well maintained and the people are very helpful. What more do you need?

Beautiful Villa in a fantastic location!The hospitality was exceptional, and I highly recommend renting vehicles directly from the property. However, I would like to offer a suggestion: avoid renting scooters from the guy located at the bottom of the hill on the right. I had an unpleasant experience where I was charged 10,000 baht for two scratches. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the situation with my Thai passport.P.S. I'm attaching a photo of the place where you should avoid renting a scooter and obviously the amazing and Bellissima Villa! ♥️🙏🏼Beautiful villa in a fantastic location!The welcome was exceptional and I highly recommend renting vehicles directly from the facility. Just took my family to stay here. We and our family felt very special with the welcome that the hotel arranged for a Welcom Family surprise in the bedroom without asking in advance. The atmosphere is calm here. The beach is very beautiful. Most importantly, the reception staff Everyone smiles and speaks well, especially Nisa. You care about everyone you talk to. We will definitely go back there again.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Cha-Cha in Koh PhanganOur stay at Villa Cha-Cha was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is a true gem on Koh Phangan. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect – right by the beach with stunning ocean views, and close to many cafés, restaurants, and attractions.A special shout-out goes to the staff, who made our stay unforgettable. In particular, Nisa at the reception was simply amazing! She was always friendly, helpful, and had a warm smile on her face. Whether we needed help with booking tours, getting recommendations, or had special requests, Nisa was there to assist us with everything. Her kind and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home.We highly recommend Villa Cha-Cha to anyone visiting Koh Phangan and looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with outstanding service. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Nisa, for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very nice staff. We were greeted with cold fruit drinks upon arrival. We'd love to come back!
