This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel of this price. I arrived at the hotel around 11pm, knocked on the door but no one came to greet me. After about 10 minutes I called the owner of the hotel. He was playing loud music and smoking in the communal kitchen. At first glance, the room looked okay for the price paid. But…… If you just look under the bed, you will find dust and hair, and a dirty shirt under the bed. The bed sheet was obviously not changed and there was sand on the bed. He took a 100 baht deposit from me but only returned 50 baht. I asked for it 3 times but there was no response. I warned you guys not to stay here, absolutely not!!!!!! Run away lol You will have a terrible experience and it will ruin your trip. Sleeping in the room is like sleeping in a haunted house.

It is an unclean, dishonest, deceptive hotel.Don't be fooled into coming in at all.The deposit is not refundable.One bathroom is shared. Loud noise, no restSucks, the worst..

Disgusting place that I highly recommend staying away from. On Agoda it is called differently, be careful. They require a deposit upon check-in, supposedly to compensate for possible damage to the property, which is not returned under flimsy pretexts (bad reviews were found after check-in, and those only on Google Maps). As you understand, there is nothing special to break there, even if you want to, but now , when you were deceived with a deposit, you really want to break everything that is left there. Of course, I understand that it is positioned not as a hotel, but as a hostel, but this does not remove the requirements for cleanliness. Dirty tiny rooms, dirty common areas, administrators who can’t figure out which room to occupy. The only plus of this place is the location.

I don't usually write comment, but when I do, it's worth taking note.Do not wish any other got scammed by this owner.They had a few name in Agoda beside this, another one is Jatujak Six 7.Booked their room and confirmed that comes with aircond and water heater. (As traveling with family)Then the management says that room need to upgrade and top up money?!?The description that was advertised doesn't match the room we get.They request for desposit, but didn't want to return the money in the end.And cooking up a lot of stories saying that we messed up and dirty their room, which we didn't even want to stay in at all, we moved out immediately.The staff and management is not sincere and always giving misleading information. Huge scam!!!Please do not book or stay at this place or the name under Jatujak Six 7 on Agoda apps.

The host was the most thoughtful, gracious host. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around.The guest house is just perfect! The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom and terrace are excellent. The location is incredible.Thanks to the host and the lovely town for a wonderful getaway! We will be back.

Cheaters, no one will come to your place anymore. You guys do this to so many people. The person who opened the door for me used a weapon to chase me out. And didn't return the deposit even if he didn't give me the key and I wouldn't lose anything from the hotel. I knocked on the door at 11 a.m., he cursed and kicked me out. I asked for a deposit but it couldn't be done. He said I lost my key. I asked to check the camera and report to the police, but he refused and cursed very violently. He even used a weapon to threaten me. I will rate you 1* and report to agoda

The owner won't meet you, the hotel is empty and they locked it. They asked for a deposit but didn't hand over the keys. This is pure scam. Neighbors say this hotel is often visited by the police because many tourists are deceived. but the owner is not there.
