In the middle of my shower, the water stopped flowing. The receptionist lady then said it will take an hour to be back, right before my bedtime.The walls are thin, so the loud Indians in the next room could be heard late into the night. Some people smoking weed right at the entrance. And only one single plug slot in the entire room.All these means I will never stay here again. Stay only for one night max if you're using travelmart or vireak buntham buses, otherwise absolutely not.

The hotel is nice and the wifi works perfectly, Also it was peaceful and relaxing staying there. I couldn't find the check in and check out policy in which states that I have to pay half day if I overstay for 3 hours. The employee made us pay - half day- and didn't allow me to go through Agoda, although I told him we didn't have cash because it was our last day in Thailand. We managed to transfer to another guest online so we could get the cash for him. I totally respect policies, but at least he could let us see it and do not overcharge us even though I requested a late check out.He didn't show this policy either and was Zero friendly with us. I'd not hire someone who lacks empathy when we talk about Hospitality business.They need to learn English, it's hard to communicate with them. I'll pay a little bit more somewhere else, in which they can properly communicate.

I stay at Rambuttri bbhouse next to Khaosan Road, and I highly recommend it because it is a good and affordable place.

The hotel is cozy and clean. Faced with difficulties:1. the air conditioner was working at full capacity and did not respond to the mode change. The first night we were cold, but the administrator offered to change the room after contacting him.2. Sometimes the water disappeared (ran out).3. There was no refrigerator in the new room, so we had to drag it from the previous room by ourselves. It was fun.Unfortunately, both young administrators do not speak English, but we got along using a translator

+ nice rooms and bathrooms+ clean+ AC working- had a lot of mosquitos in my room- not suitable if you have to work (there is only 1 power outlet on the other side of the room, so you can’t charge your computer while sitting on the bed)- bad WiFi- Ask for a quiet room but you could still clearly hear the bars around

The rooms are small but nice and quiet. The restaurant in front of the hotel is cute and kind. One day there was no money for the hotel. The owner of the restaurant allows you to sleep in the restaurant for one night. Here the kids provide good service. I come here often.

Had a great stay at BB House Rambuttri. Clean and comfortable room on the rooftop with a nice little garden with a view. The location is ideal as it is near the craziness of Khao San Road but the hotel is in a very quiet alley. The place is nicely decorated and has a lot of plants which makes it very soothing. Staff is very friendly and they let me check in very early. They have a nice little café serving food and good juices and smoothies. And all of that for a very good price. I will definitely book again the next time I'm in BKK.

It is okay to stay for one night when you come with bus. The way felt uncomfortable to walk at night. It was a non smoking room but it was SO MUCH cigarette smell. Budget friendly.

Paid at 547bht per night including tax. I really like the location of Rambutri. However, it's at the end, so there's nothing fun, but it's quiet and there are many cozy and cute bars when you go outside, so it's nice. The accommodation is very clean for the price and is ideal for one person to stay. The bed is big so it would be good for 2 people. This accommodation is recommended for individual travelers. However, there is no soundproofing and the cleaning noise is very noisy starting at 7 am. There was also BB House 2, but it was probably closed or not on the reservation site.

This place is inexpensive and a good location if your here to party. The pillows are too large to sleep on but the bed is clean and the room is quaint and clean enough. The staff are kind but you may need a translator app to communicate. If you like sleeping I would suggest paying more money to stay somewhere else. We we’re kept awake from 11pm - 3am by the neighbouring karaoke, and then further kept awake by a drunk guest yelling nonsense in the hallway for an hour. These two issues are at no fault of the hotel and they did their best to deal with the drunk guest, as well as compensate us. Unfortunately it comes with the territory of staying in the heart of Khao San. Also getting a Grab or Bolt in this area is very difficult and you will find yourself paying for the higher end vehicle or at the mercy of the taxis and tuk tuks.

Room in a great location. Nice and quiet. Private bathroom, hot water.On the downside, there is no place to dry clothes and a very hard bed and pillows that make it impossible to sleep on.
