We just came back from HatYai. My friend and I stayed 3 nights at Goodnight. This place is super impressive, extremely clean rooms. Love everything about the place and the close proximity to the markets and good eats. Highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit HatYai.

We stumbled upon this lovely peaceful hotel and now every time we are in Hat Yai we want to stay here with charming host ‘Chin’. She is really kind and thoughtful with small details — like holding a parking slot for you or offering an extra bed when you need it. I wish her and Goodnight Poshtel to be prosperous. ❤️ when you arrive ask for the cold pink tea — it is really something special

Super good value and lots of personnality thanks to the owner. Highly recommanded ! They do not serve breakfast anymore but you have a popular dimsum nearby, and getting to Cafe Realm (organic local instagrammable food by a UK Master chef winner :-) is a 5/10 mn walk 🍵 ☕️ 🥐 🍰

After researched and reviewed tons of hotels and guesthouses from different booking engines, we decided to choose here due to the high rating in guest comments. Our journey from Penang to the city went well without hassle until we arrived. We arrived earlier than expected and the lobby was locked without anybody. Neither the bell nor the phone nor email is answered truly frustrated. It given us a doubt if we were cheated by the booking. After waited half an hour, we had to leave and look for a cafe to settle down as the hallway is very narrow with the people at the neighbourhood watching making us uneasy. Finally, we received an apology reply from the hotel and picked us up back to the hotel to check in. Despite we appreciate the gesture to recover our bad experience, I would recommend to double confirm with the hotel to make sure the lobby is manned within your arrival day to avoid unnecessary stress. Apart from the standard amenities, all our special requests were accommodated eg. ironing facility, universal adaptor, 2 double room next to each other, etc. if you are looking for a comfortable bedding, nice shower after a long day walk, a little entertainment at night with free Netflix, this place is worth the price we paid for. Particularly highlight the quality of the coffee which was amazing but the mugs were not cleaned on the next day of cleaning for my brother’s room. Be cautious with the hook in the room as I hit by accident at my right eye when intend to pick up a trash. The emergency response was quick with the ice pack from the host but I ended my Hatyai trip with a swollen eye. Well, the arrival and departure experiences were not fallen within my day :(

If you want to be in the middle of where the locals are, stay here. The room was immaculate and clean. The owner Ms Chin was so helpful and gave us many food recommendations. Thank you for making our first trip to Hatyai so memorable and heartwarming.

We had just landed after a long flight and were welcomed by the hostess who offered us lovely cold tea. A very relaxing check-in. The room was fine and so was the bathroom. |However, there was no breakfast as is shown on the photos for this hotel. We had to go out for breakfast which was not a success.

The bed is comfortable. The owner is very cute and attentive to everything. Recommends restaurants and dessert shops, iced tea, very good. Anyone who comes to Hat Yai can come stay here.

This has got to be the nicest original shop home in all of Hat Yai, and it is priced well. The owner, Chin, did a phenomenal job combining, restoring, and converting two shop homes into an 8 room boutique hotel. Each room is the same size and layout (I think), but has a different theme/decor. I only intended to stay once, for two nights before going to Koh Lipe, but due to a train cancelation I had to stay another night in Hat Yai after returning from Koh Lipe. I decided to stay at Poshtel again, which normally I do not do as I like to try new things, but I liked Chin's place that much. Chin spoke English very well and is usually at the lobby during business hours. The rooms are great for solo or couples. Bathrooms are clean and she includes a shower curtain (something many other Thai hotels can't seem to figure out) so water doesn't get everywhere. There is Netflix already connected to the TV. Rooms are clean and comfortable. AC works great. Chin has put a lot of pride into this hotel. There is a nice local night market nearby called the Florida market, where I had dinner each night. There are also a plethora of shop home restaurants, street food, coffee shops/vendors, and dim sum restaurants nearby. It felt safe to walk around day and evening. It's super easy and affordable to use Grab to other parts of Hat Yai. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel stay was pleasant, from checking in to checking out we had no issues. The owner of the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, clean room and nicely decorated. One of the best budget hotel that we've stayed thus far! If you come with car, there's a reserve parking in front of the hotel.

Sparking clean, chick & comfy setup with smoothing tunes, all the basic you ever need as I don't really need a gym, a pool, a lift or a Butler. I'm a free runner enjoying exploring local lifestyle. Location bit away from the the busy center, at night may have lots of motorbikes passing through. Just 1.2m walk to Lee Garden. Lady owner is kind & helpful, absolutely enjoy my stays everytime I'm in town. Appreciate the cute motobike rental arrangement, Grab is easily can be hail & local delights recommendations. Pretty of cafe & convenience store just few minutes away. Surely, I'm coming back for more stay again, thank you.
