This would be my first and last to book this hotel, never came across such unreasonable reason given for not allowed to check in after payment been made and received confirmation from Agoda.The receptionist not even border to check when first arrived to counter for my check-in. He just told me hotel are fully book. To my suprise i had make the payment and receive instant confirmation a week before my arrival..There ia couple of confirmation list i saw in his desk i believe yet to be check-in, similar case than i do. What the guy told me, is the system got some issue and overbook.. how could it be possible when your hotel have a week to check on your booking for the arrival guest !!!It took me more than 2hrs (1.30am) for waiting agoda response on my full refund while checking with the property owner..Managment should check on your staff, i seriously doubt they given out the room that originally been booked by others.Stay away at all cost on this hotel event the rating 8.1 from agoda...

Nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious. Cleaning services are good. It's located in the middle between Hatyai City and Songkhla City. Ample space for parking inside the hotel external compound. Air-conditioning and water pressure are good. The waiting time for alcarte dinner to be served is quite long but not late.Thai food is reasonably good.
