Strategically located nearby and walking distance to KTM Padang Besar Station, ICQS (Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, and Security) Padang Besar, Padang Waremart, Arked Niaga Padang Besar, Pasar Padang Besar, and Plaza Niaga Padang Besar. You can find a lot of Duty Free shops, restaurants, food stalls, and fresh markets around, but this area is only active after 10:00 a.m. till around 10:00 p.m.. There's a lot of Thai foods, fresh fruits, affordable cloths, kitchenware, and much more you can find here. About the room, it was cosy, well equipped with basic amenities, secure, and affordable. But this place is not disabled-friendly as there's no elevator in this hotel/homestay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There's plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel/homestay so you don't have to worry. I had a pleasant stay and nothing to complain about this hotel/homestay. Thank you.

Everything about this place is so good. It's right in front of padang besar immigration. Rooms are so clean. You can hang out at the level 4. You have to drive out at night for food.

En Riduan serviced us from day one till the end of trip. En even came to meet us in the morning

Pros: Really close to Arcade. Room is clean. Facilities - iron and water filter available.Cons: you may get shared bathroom with other room. No lift, hence make sure you can carry your own bag.Been there by public transport, so not sure on overnight parking rates.

Bedsheet was dirty and has blood stainðĩ. Very hard to find parking before the arked perniagaan close business. No hair dryer provided.Have to drive to Kaki Bukit for chinese style dinner, because nearby chinese zhu char closes at 6pm. I wont come again.

Only 100m from the shopping arcade. Just need to walkMany nearby dining facilities and stalls.Clean and big room. Suitable for 4 people in one room and 2 people as well.There is no elevator facility to go up if you are on the 2nd and 3rd floor or for those who need it.

No lift, staircase very high, think twice before you booking. Toilet is shared toilet, not recommend to girl or elderly, because climb up too high with luagage. Some more guest is smooking insde the guest house.

Think twice before you reserve this hotel, climbing third floor with heavy luggage, almost faint down in 2nd floor. Some more toilet is share with other room... When you go in toilet, you want to lock another door of toilet, if not, other people will be suddenly come into toilet ,no recommend for girls.

Dec 2021 Stayed onceWill come back again in May 2022The accommodation is clean, there is no elevator, and there are toiletries, towels, shower gel, etc.There is a kitchen and panty on the top floor. You can buy your own food for the top floor.There is hot and cold water, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly.Behind the accommodation is Padang besar marketThai goods and food can be purchasedThe location is 20 minutes away from wang kelian view pointkaki bukit, several tourist areasThere is no entertainment nearby at nightDinner is 10 minutes awayThere is Malay food near the roadsideA KFCAs for Chinese restaurants, maybe I havenât passed by them.So didn't notice.

Good service by the staff and the host... but just to let u know there is no lift available ( not suitable for eldery) but so far i enjoy staying there as near to the shopping area... but bare in mind that the area start only around 10am above ( difficult to find breakfast) either you need to rent car or taxi to find food or 15 minutes walk...
