It's very bad. Their front desk and cleaning staff are very good at cheating money. There is no reason to go there. Plus their swimming pool is salty. You can't do anything with that. You can't do this with money.

Quite place for a good rest, hotel room is spacious.. Child will be charge extra cost even you had get a family room without giving extra bed for the charging paid. This the only down side from the hotel.. otherwise everything is good !! Would be rating full 5 star if hotel could consider to waive on the charges..

If you don't mind with extra / hidden charge, you can book this hotel. For me, this is my first bad experience check in to this hotel.Be careful with the hotel policies. There are very strict with their policies. No courtesy to customer. More linear than a ruler.We booked triple room which all these while it is more than comfortable for our small family (2 adults & 3 childrens (age 5-11 years)). The staff said because of we have extra 2 person, they need to charge for 1 bed and extra charge for 1 person. Or else we need to book extra room for 2 person.Swimming pool also have additional charge if you want to use the facility. Swimming cap compulsory need to pay 20 Baht. Even you wear swimming shirt, they ask to pay 60 Baht for rent.One more thing, after you spend all the extra charge, they don't provide service troley to bring your luggage. Very dissapointed with their service.After all these extra charge, it is definitely not a great value for money to book this hotel.Definitely will not recommended to my family and friends.

Stay for 4d 3n..Checkin: prepare for extra money coz normally we book 1room for 2adult and 3child (9yrs, 8yrs and 4yrs) with no extra charge..but this hotel charged extra for additional person 300bht/kids per night..such radiculous!! Pleaee avoid this hotel to.Pool: make sure get your proper attire for swim. If not prepare for extra money for charge for cap (for long hair) and proper attire.Before check out please make sure all belongings of hotel in order..if not no refunded for deposit at all.Overall please avoid this hotel if you travel with more then 3person(include child)to save your money.

Reserved a single bed room. But instead I got a room where the double beds were joined together to make a single bed. Which when sleeping, there will be traces between the beds. Seeing something like this is confusing.

our room is spacious with comfortable beds (1 king + 2 single) for that kind of price, i have nothing to complain about. except for the water pressure in the shower, that is not up to hotel standards. other than that, this hotel considered as a gem!

The room is spacious, but then I found out the towel is dirty and the most disgusting is when I switch on the water heater, a cockroach come out out of the sudden! I’m so disappointed and my mood is totally spoiled. One last thing is that the water pressure is very small. 😩

There's only one thing. People who stay in hotels no matter where they are. should be respected Be considerate of other guests and do not make loud noises. Keep the door open and a warning sound will sound. and shut the door loudly And if there are children coming to the family, they should train them. Teach your children to be calm and neat and not to disturb others.The hotel should find control measures. Or will notify you of Check In before your stay.

Nice hotel, fairly new, probably a year or so. Location is good with many retail shops beside it. The hotel is considered budget as you get rooms from about $25. The hotel is nearby to Big C Extra and easily access to the main roads in Hatyai. Plenty of covered car parks with helpful and friendly staff.
