It is a hotel located in the heart of Hat Yai city, price less than 800 baht, convenient parking. There is also a charging point for electric cars. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is also provided. Located close to shops and restaurants, it is considered good value for a friendly price.

Came to stay here from Malaysia. Breakfast provided by hotel is very poor. Only fried rice, sausages and eggs, every day. Not worth it. They collected guests passport during check in and scam guests during check out, by forcing them to pay 350 baht for each bedsheets, blaming guest stained on bedsheet. But the stains originally is due to their fault, oil stains coming from their door. Don't waste your time of stay at this hotel. Don't get scammed.Came here from Malaysia. The breakfast provided by the hotel is terrible, only fried rice, sausage and eggs every day. Not worth it. They defraud guests during check out. forcing them to pay 350 baht for each bedsheet By blaming the guest for soiling the bedsheets. But the stain was originally caused by a mistake. Oil stains coming from the door of the house Don't waste your time staying at this hotel. Don't be deceived.

Clean rooms, good smell, delicious breakfast. But loud noises from outside the corridor came into the room. It doesn't keep sound.

Overall OK, but not bothered (the bathroom cleaner) below the counter and the dining room. It is seen that customers should be allowed to do their personal business freely and relax a bit. Shouldn't put pressure on customers. Or want to know who's in the bathroom? And you shouldn't stare so that the customer is surprised what's going on, confused, and makes you wonder if you can't go to the bathroom.Note: There were 2 cleaners that day that I met.

The rooms still need a little more attention to cleanliness. There were still pieces of hair falling on the floor of the room. The bathroom had black mold stains in the crevices. The exhaust fan is full of dust. The bed is not soft or hard. There is a TV, sofa, water heater, refrigerator, wardrobe, and lack of a hot water bottle. There is enough breakfast to satisfy your stomach. And there is a spacious parking lot.

The price is reasonable, location everything okBut the hotel room wall sound proof is worse , in the room , we can hear clearly what people talking in the corridor. Especially midnight if people walking and talking, it is too noisy to fall asleep.

The room is quite old. Found a broken bathroom doorknob. And there was a water leak at the water heater. I informed the school and said they would send a technician to come look at it, but he didn't come. In the evening there is not enough parking. Breakfast is not very diverse, enough to eat.

The hotel staff provide good service. The rooms are ok. Even though the lotus hatch holder is damaged, it works well. The air conditioner is cool. The room is considered soundproof, but opening and closing the doors in each room can be heard. Breakfast is a delicious buffet. There are two side dishes, one type of stir-fried noodles, and some fruit soup. Coffee desserts are a delicious coffee maker.

We rented the VIP room, but security wise very poor. Someone is knocking outside my room at 2.36am at midnight and trying to enter my room and I shouted then the men leave but around 5 -6am morning the men came back and try to enter my room again. Almost all night whole family didn't sleep. Around 9 something heard the walk way got people quickly go down to reception and check out.

The hotel service and rooms are excellent with a reasonable price. Book for only around 100 RM through agoda, got a breakfast with a various menu. The room is spacious. They also have a big a parking lot, so not limited parking space. Got some trouble with the tv but call the service immediately. They change it with another tv. For toilettries, just like other hotel, nothing special. There is also refrigerator in the room. The minus only the location, not in the downtown, but it is okay if you bring your car. The staff also really helpfull if you respect them.

Seriously this hotel rooms are infested with rouches, ants and I saw spiders in the minibar too. I have changed 3 rooms, and all of them have roaches. Cleanliness is a big issue here. Their hotel management needs to tackle this matter ASAP. The first room we stayed for a night is the worst. I was too tired to change the room on the first night as we just arrived from a long journey. The 2nd room we did not stay but once we went in saw many roaches, we return the key. The 3rd room we stayed for 2 nights have some cobwebs and roaches as well but not as bad as the first room we stayed. It's too troublesome to change room again. However, their rooms are spacious completes with a balcony. Rooms on higher floor tend to have low water pressure so choose the rooms on lower floor if you must stay here. Rooms with odd numbers are queiter. The furnishings at the lobby and restaurant are kinda old school but still decent. Breakfast is a simple one. We drive so location is not a problem.
