Quite clean but don’t expect too much.Very near to Lee Garden’s Night Market.Travelling to other locations is CONVENIENT!No need high expectations on staying @ luxury hotels because you will be going out to enjoy at the town.Trust me : hotels are only for night sleep.

Location is GOOD but the facilities very limited. The hotel room very poorly lit very dim and the bathroom facilities very limited, no hair dryer, toilet roll holder and the furniture very old need refurbishment badly.

Very old hotelThe bathroom drain pipe shoots up because of the air pressure every time another room flushes the toilet. Take a shophouse and turn it into a hotel but without doing a good sanitation system. And it was in many rooms because I asked friends staying in other rooms and they said it was the same. Suitable for people who like to lie down and smell the toilet pipe smell. The male employee should be sent for retraining, there is no reason to keep the customer's ID card until check out. The duty of the hotel is to make copies of the evidence documents and return the ID card to the hotel guest without any service mind.This hotel is only good for its location opposite a famous restaurant.

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special but fair condition for the price.My big problem was the man working the front desk. He asked me for a 200 B deposit and I only had a 1000B note. He said he can not make change and demanded 1000B deposit or leave my passport with him. I declined that option and suggested I go to a shop to make change. He responded by saying he would call the police on me if I left the building without paying a deposit. Unbelievable rude behavior and terrible customer service. The hotel can not make change so they will call the police.Anyway I encouraged him to call the police as I had done nothing wrong. But he would not because he knew the police would laugh at him. Then my friend arrived and paid the deposit for me and he still refused to give me the key. 30 minutes check in because the hotel will not make change. Unbelievable rude behavior.

We check-in late night and allowed to park at hotel parking.We pay to get rest and sleep BUT get disturbed by the hotel staff , while sleep 3x get disturb me to move my car to let other car out. First at 1.30 am knock our door. Then 5 am. What kind of hotel is this!.My wife jacket left behind our room when ask they said not there. This is the most bad stayed experience in my life. D-One Hotel.

Great hotel with reasonable price and big rooms,,the staff are customer friendly. From this hotel,,most of f&b outlets and shopping mall is walking distance,,and if u want transport,,tuk-tuk will be waiting at hotel entrance....Only negative part is the noise from the main road,,if u can bear with it,,then it's a nice hotel..

D one is one of the hotel that really convenient to stay as you can go anywhere in hatyai from the hotel as it's easy to get taxi,grab,tuk2 and some of exciting places as just a walking distance..even express bus service to Malaysia just just opposite the hotel..7E,,Lee Garden Food Street,Self Laundromat are just 5 min walkingthe only con is..no iron is available in hotel..so bring ur own

Bilik cun terbaik, dekat sangat dgn night market kat Lee Garden tu, 7Eleven pon senang nk access cuma 3-4 minit dengan berjalan kaki, Dia punya housekeeper baik yang amat amat memang recommend..Room was good , very near to Lee Garden Night Market , there's got nearby 7Eleven and able to reach by walking in 3-4 minutes , Their front desk and housekeeper are really kind , overall is convenience and recommend

Already booked the room and paid, we check in today instead of yesterday due to certain circumstances . Sadly, the receptionist said the room is fully booked by the time we reached the hotel. What kind of service is this ? You guys supposed to reserve the room first. I really cant understand some more why the receptionist need to hold our passport ? Is it legal though? Not recommended. Eventually, they give us a room but on the back, no city view or whatever as state in the website.

Shocked! When i left, they bailed my up and threatens to call the police stating i hadn't paid and couldn't prove that i paid because i paid cash and never received a receipt. Be careful.

Scammed at hotel in Hatyai, D-One hotel. Ask price, lady say 900 baht. I look booking.com, price 826, she say, OK for you 800, I pay. Next night same thing. No receipts. Lady so happy, kind, smiling. …

Had a pleasant surprise as normally the hotel would not allow you to check in before 2pm but the receptionist allowed us to check in at 9am. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Room is clean. AC cold. TV has lots of channel to choose from. At the price we paid for definitely worth it. Location is also very statigic. Nearby all the food and shopping area.
