Please AVOID this hotel if you are going to arrive late because their check-in counter opens until 8pm ONLY. This is the first time I saw a hotel front desk closes so early.We reached the hotel at night (because we had a night flight) but was “welcomed” with a memo note mentioned that “they tried to contact us MANY times but no response and couldn’t wait any longer” without leaving the hotel emergency contact details. The fact is that we never receive ANY SINGLE message or email from the hotel on Agoda app despite they said they have done so (screenshot from my Agoda app below as evidence). We called the phone number we get from Agoda and also from the hotel FB page many times but nobody picked up.In the end we had to look around last minute for alternate accommodation at the midnight but many hotels in town were already fully booked.We understand that it was our fault that we didn’t notice the hotel check-in policy and inform them on late arrival. But if you are so strict on check-in time, you should at least make other arrangements (for example self check-in by leaving message via Agoda on the main door code or make it compulsory for hotel guests to fill in check-in time during booking)I had stayed several hotels without 24hr front desk but this is the first time I encountered such a bad experience. Those hotels would either leave contact number at the hotel entrance or remind us on late check-in policy via Agoda message few days before check-in date. But this hotel did NOTHING!!!!!

A cozy hotel, small but cozy, rooms is clean and comfortable. Design is simple and stylish. Price is affordable too, service is warmth and friendly . Highly recommended.

The design of the building is very nice, cozy, and a super beautiful cafe in the hotel makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.The room is very clean and very comfortable. Although the light in room is a bit dim but there is not a problem at all. Sound proof not so good but it's acceptable. If there's a need to say the disadvantage of this hotel is just no lift in the hotel, but the staff did send a message during hotel booking regarding this issue.The service provided is perfect. Hotel staff are very helpful, able to speak in fluent english and able to give recommendations of delicacies around.Although it's not in the centre of the chaotic place, most of the place can be reached in walking distance.Will surely come and stay here again. Best!

Booked here for a 3D2N stay during week of 7 July, stayed during weekdays. Staffs are friendly and willing to assist on everything even not about hotel. Price is worth spending and it doesn't feel like 2 star at all, it can go higher for their services!Got welcome drinks upon check in. Good service enough to help us take our luggages to room as it doesn't have elevator. We drive to have vacation so the location wise we felt okay with it.Overall we're satisfied with the stay and will recommend to friends who drive. Note that it has only public street parking.Last but not least, thank you for answering about the stinky bean info! 😁

I was impressed by how the staff were extremely hospitable, professional and attentive. They blew my mind away since the check-in as I was asking for some information but it turned out that they sorted out my inquiries and provided assistance beyond my anticipation. The room is neatly cleaned and well maintained with the modern yet cozy furniture which provides a relaxing ambiance. I slept well over my stay. It is located at the perfect location, such a convenient neighborhood with restaurants and cafes for good food during the day, and a great bar to chill and hangout at night - The Library. The hotel also has such a lovely cafe in the lobby area that I couldn’t resist sitting down and work on my computer for a while. Will definitely look for no other place when revisiting Hat Yai and head to this hotel with no second thought

It was a very nice stay with helpful and friendly staffs. They have been so helpful to create a map with nice cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The interior of the hotel is stylish. Definitely will revisit in the future :) The location is strategic which is near to many nice restaurants, bars, convenience shops and even the morning market. Probably the only concern is it may not be suitable for people who can’t climb stairs as there’s no elevator available in the hotel. Otherwise, all is well 🥰

The hotel is so modern and staff is extremely friendly.Location is quiet from city but 14min walk to the town is still acceptable.There's one 711 that's is 4min walking away. The room is clean and neat.Not recommended for elderly or toddler need stroller as the hotel don't have lift. Apart from that all is good!

Honestly, I'm truely satisfied with the hotel, so lucky to grab this hotel even during Songkran Festival. The staff super duper friendly likes experienced check in into the 5 stars hotel by deeply explaining about the rules and regulations, process check in and check out and nearby restaurants. Surely gonna repeat in future this hotel.

I recently had an amazing stay at La Pause Hatyai! Kudos to La Pause's staff 🥳The staff's service was impeccable, from a warm welcome with a refreshing drink and cool towel to assistance with our luggage and a thorough explanation of the hotel. The guidebook for Thai dishes was a thoughtful touch, and the complimentary snacks, minibar, and daily refills added to the experience. The room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and equipped with essentials like an adapter and hair dryer. While there's no kettle in the room, borrowing one from the reception was convenient. Keep in mind, there's no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. The lobby cafe is a delightful spot with delicious cakes and drinks – a must-try! Overall, it's a 5-star service at a 2-star price. ♾️⭐

The place is clean and nice..a bit far from Lee Garden but it's a quite place..the staff is very helpful and super friendly..this place is not suitable for disable or old folk due to no lift and the stair is a bit steep..no worries if you forgot your adapter as the hotel provide you the adapter and hair dryer..

I had a short stay at La Pause Hatyai as my connecting stay to Koh Lipe. My flight arriving at Hat Yai got delayed, but the host was still amiable and helpful. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the architectural design. Also, the cafe in front of the hotel is excellent. They serve delicious coffee in town.

+ If you want to experience modernity and Unique Design, you must come and stay here. Everything was good, the room was beautiful. The bed was soft. Near the source of food There is also a coffee shop below.= Parking in front of the hotel or near the bridge over the canal, 10 meters away.× I'd like to improve the wifi. It's a little slow, but it's usable.
