Staying here for 2 nights, and the room was superd, it has a balcony and is very spacious.It's just that there's a bit of smell in the bathroom, but it's bearable

I check in a bit late which is at 9 pm. The receptionist noticed me from inside and asked me about my name and that's it. It was an express check-in. 🤣 the room was really clean. I would give 9/10 for the room. Besides, they have this cutie fat cat hehe. The hotel is also close to Kim Yong Market & Lee Garden Night Market ( it is about a 5-10-minute walk ). 2 branches of 7-11 are close to the hotel

The hotel is good, but there is no elevator and the parking space is inconvenient and too small. The location is limited. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. It takes about 6-8 minutes to walk from 7-11 to Lee Garden.

This hotel is great for the money paid. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious, and everything worked inside. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The only downside was nowhere to store your clothes. It’s located in a very busy area but you cannot hear it in the room. I definitely would stay here every time.

Safe, well located, quiet and very correct overall.We slept there on the night of January 28-29, 2024. Easy to get there on foot from the station in just over 10 minutes. We had previously read the many positive reviews.The hotel is located away in a narrow pedestrian street which is perfect because we slept like babies without outside noise disturbing us. We didn't book in advance and we were able to get a room, B08 to be precise.Several dozen television channels, some in English. We paid 600 baht, a little less than $24.00 CAN. Excellent wifi, hair dryer, small fridge and kettle which I managed to get working after a few minutes of trial and error. We always have our instant coffee with us with sugar and coffee mate because there is none in the room. The sink is separate from the shower and toilet in a small room with a table and chair. Forget the beautiful view from the room since it's removed from the street and it's perfect that way. We enter the hotel by activating a security system using our key, which is very secure.Our two beds were very comfortable and the mattresses, not at all hard like the majority of these in Thai hotels. The pillows were soft and not rock hard which is a plus. There are many places to eat within walking distance.We add some photos with our review.We will come back without any hesitation and we recommend this hotel.Review written on January 29, 2024 in Hat Yai, Thailand.

Booked on Agoda in the app and the room pictures looked good enough to actually stay in according to the condition. Feeling a little disappointed Ordinary service, normal But when checking out the website it wasn't until 11:30, the accommodation had already called. But around the accommodation is good, there are many convenient restaurants. For people who have come to stay, I don't think much of it. But personally, I'm quite disappointed.

I stayed here for the first time yesterday. Really, the price of 600 baht is really such a facility. But personally I think it’s OK! The hotel's environment is quiet, and quietness is the factor that makes me consider it. Everyone has different requirements for the money they pay. For me, P Residence will be on my pocket list in Hat Yai. recommend.

Wifi was veeerrryyyyy slow. This is the first hotel that i stay with a very poor wifi . I dont know why. If in the night i understand maybe too many people using it. Morning also the same. Maybe you guys need to inprove the wife connection problem.

Good location in the heart of the city, beautifully decorated rooms And the staff serve with what freshness? And friendly. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space and is quite hard to find. Regarding Kadinri food, it's perfect. It's a 10-minute walk from Seonje. It's easy to go anywhere, close to the market. Source of ingredients

It was not out 1st choice but we were truly glad being recommended by our friends who stayed here before. The room was spacious, and for us muslim. It is convenient to perform prayer, even the toilet is comfortable. Location is strategic and walking distant to Plaza Lee Garden hotspot. Only the parking space, they do have a few but not really easy to go in and out of hotel.
