One of the cleanest and new hotel to stay in Hatyai.Mattress is very soft and comfortable with 4pillows.Large smart TV.Receptionist service is very polite and good.Price is very reasonable too.Too bad parking is not covered carpark but enough parking spaces. Now there's a cafe in front of the hotel where you can enjoy ur coffee dose.Worth to try this hotel at least once if you are coming to Hatyai.

Very new hotel Plenty of parking, clean, front desk staff, very good service. Stayed for 3 nights. On the first day of stay, the suitcase couldn't be opened. Call down to the front desk. After a while, the technician came to help open it. You can open it and give a tip to the younger sibling. She doesn't accept the younger sibling saying she's on work time. Next time if you come to Hat Yai, come stay at this school. She's very cute. If I'm not mistaken, my name is Kong. Next time if I go to Hat Yai, I will definitely stay at this hotel.I recommend everyone.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Hatyai for a 3-night vacation, and I had an excellent experience overall. The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern design and local culture, creating a unique and enjoyable stay.**Pros:**- **Design and Ambiance:** The hotel’s design is stunning, with a mix of contemporary elements and nods to Hatyai’s cultural heritage. From the lobby to the rooms, everything feels thoughtfully designed and stylish. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the city, especially at sunset.- **Location:** Situated in the heart of Hatyai, it’s close to the Central Festival Mall and various local markets. It's easy to explore the area on foot, and there’s always a tuk-tuk nearby for longer trips.- **Rooms:** My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the modern bathroom. The city views from the room were an added bonus.- **Service:** The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was seamless, and the concierge provided great recommendations for places to visit and eat.- **Dining:** The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a mix of Western and local Thai options. I also enjoyed the meals at the rooftop restaurant—highly recommend their Thai fusion dishes.**Cons:**- **Price:** While the hotel is fantastic, the room rates are slightly higher compared to other accommodations in the area. That said, you do get excellent value for the money if you’re looking for a more luxurious stay.- **Pool Size:** The rooftop pool is beautiful but a bit smaller than expected. It’s more suited for lounging than serious swimming, though the views from the pool deck make up for it.- **Noise:** Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise at night, especially during weekends when the area gets busier.**Conclusion:**Hotel Indigo Hatyai is a stylish and comfortable place to stay, with fantastic service and an unbeatable location. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers who want a blend of modern amenities and a touch of local culture. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hatyai.

Indigo Hotel Hat Yai is a fantastic new hotel! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially An Qi at the front desk, who was so welcoming and even spoke Mandarin with us. There's a convenient parking area, and the rooms are very clean with all amenities well-prepared. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the big TV screen and cold air conditioning. For the price, it’s very reasonable and great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hat Yai!

Saw this hotel review in TT and decided to go for it. Booked 1 unit with 2 bedroom and it is superb!Very clean, spacious & easy to reserve with online payment transfer. Can WhatsApp to enquire. Hassle free! Both rooms are spacious with own bathroom. The ‘master bedroom’ has king size bed which is convenient for 2A & 1C. The smaller room has 2 twin bed. Both rooms and the living room have big TV with Disney+ & Netflix.Complimentary free flow coffee at lobby.Breakfast no lard but not halal.Carpark is big, private and safe.Ironing room is on the second floor.Hotel currently has renovation going on at the front lobby along the main road but hardly heard any noise from our room.
